Inspired by a passage from Bravey by Alexi Papas I discuss who "no" people are, and why we don't want to surround ourselves by them. We are the average of the people we spend the most time with, so we should try and ensure they are lifting us up not brining us down.
My guest Menley and I discuss our own experience with building boundaries with each other and how it made our friendship stronger. Join us in discussing how to be there for others and questions to ask friends or partners to create healthy boundaries within that relationship.
