As long as we live in this world, we will be tempted; Jesus was no exception to that and the fact that we're tempted doesn't make us unholy people. If that was the case, then Jesus would have been the most unholy person that walked the earth since he was tempted in every way. The issue lies in our response to that temptation. But we thank God for Jesus; that we do not have a high priest cannot sympathize with our weaknesses. He was in all points tempted as we are, yet was without sin. Jesus understands our weaknesses; Jesus can relate.

Having made that decision to follow Jesus, we gave up ownership of ourselves to Him because He died in our place to redeem us back to God. Our bodies are not ours and so we don't have the right to do just anything we want to with it. It belongs to the one that purchased us, so He decides what should be done with it. It is by God's grace that we have received eternal life, and it's by that same grace that He enables us to overcome sin and not fall into temptation. God calls us to different things and only He knows what He has called us to. We must know the plan that God has for us and it's our duty to search it out; For it's the glory of God to conceal a matter, but the glory of kings to search it out. He knows us more than we know ourselves and His plans are to give us a good future. The Holy Spirit helps us to search out God's plan for our lives. Man was created in God's image, but he fell and lost that image. Christ however, came to restore that which was lost. It is as we behold Jesus that we're transformed into His Image. "But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord." God's will is revealed in His constitution; the bible, which is unchangeable. It gives us an understanding of our place and rights as citizens of the kingdom. Its really nice to do good things, but all our good is like filthy rags before God if we are not yet citizens of the kingdom.
