The now pause wellbeing initiative offers a practical self-care toolkit of podcasts designed by wellbeing coach Andrew Johnson to help keep your mental health in shape.

We celebrate our first birthday this month with the launch of our brand new project, now pause radio, which we hope will make it even easier to access our content.

We're kicking off with our hugely popular Take 5 recordings. These short podcasts have been designed to help you take 5 minutes to stop, calm and ground yourself or when you simply feel you want time out.

The now pause initiative is the brainchild of Craig Prentice, Founder of mum, an independent talent partner. Craig has created this initiative in collaboration with wellbeing coach Andrew Johnson and marketing consultant Peter Kerwood.
