In May of 2022, a week before her 26th birthday Moriah Wilson was staying in Austin, Texas for a bike race in Hico, Texas. She was staying with her friend who came home to a shocking discovery.
Moriah, who went by Mo, came from a family of athletes and was a nationally ranked junior skier, captain of her high school soccer team, and professional gravel cyclist racer.

On October 25th, 2014 22 year old Chelsea Bruck went a halloween party at 'Big Mikes'. It was an annual tradition that usually had about 400 people show up but in 2014 it is estimated between 600-800 people showed up. Chelsea had a ride home but it fell thru and soon all her friends had left without her. A chance encounter with someone would end tragically after a huge search and over a million flyers.

When this episode starts in 2020 Lauryn Licari was 13 and was living the life of an average teenager, she had a boyfriend and was attending high school in her extremely small town. In October her and her boyfriend, Owen McKenny, would get a group text message from an unknown number. That would be the start of an almost 2 year nightmare for the teenagers.
This episode is gonna be a little different but we wanted to cover it since catfishing is a big problem and can get ominous, especially how far this instance of it goes. On May 11th, 2000 in Antartica 32 year old Rodney Marks was walking between stations when he started to feel really sick. His symptoms would escalate as the night went on. On November 3rd, 2018 mother of 5 Tamla Horsford went to a birthday party at her friend's house. She planned to spend the night with some of the other moms in the group. It seems plans changed through the night and then the next morning a horrible discovery was made. Marie De Roux was born in 1821 and after growing up and working for a duchess Marie learned she wanted the finer things in life. She went on to marry Fredrick Manning who couldn't provide her with a fancy life but would help with her ominous plan to get there.

Bobby Mackey's started as a slaughterhouse in 1850, inside was an ominous well. It closed in 1890 but was allegedly broken into and used for satanic sacrifices. In 1896 Pearl Bryan was murdered, either on accident or on purpose, and allegedly this involved the well. The building became a nightclub / speak easy during prohibition and then changed hands in the 1950's when at least one death occurred near the well. Bobby Mackey got it in 1978 and still owns it today. This is a weird paranormal episode and is definitely ominous. Thanks for listening.

On May 26th, 1990 Marlene Warren opened her front door to a someone dressed as a clown with flowers and balloons. Her son had recently broken his leg so it was assumed the gifts must be for him but they were both mistaken. The tragic accident that happened after that would run cold for the next 27 years until an advance in DNA would help close this case. Thanks for listening.

This episode is two cases in one.
The first is the Flannan Isle mystery. On December 15th, 1900 something ominous happened, leading to the disappearances of three light house keepers. It wasn't noticed until December 26th when the ship The Hesperus was taking supplies and another keeper to the isle. This case led to a poem, an opera and even a movie loosely based on it.
Our second case is the murder on Little Ross Island. When a banker and his son went to the island for a picnic they came across empty cottages and an ominous find in one of the beds. A man named Robert Dickson was convicted but his mental health was called into question.

We wanted to put out a longer episode so we put two unsolved ones together.
The first is the missing person case of Brandon Swanson. In the early morning hours of May 14th, 2008 Brandon was driving home from college after attending a few end of class parties. He left school around midnight but around 2am he called his parents saying his car was stuck in a ditch. After a few failed attempts at finding each other Brandon started walking to a meet up point. This case has a lot of theories out there.
Our next case is the Jamison family. On October 8th, 2009 someone saw the Jamison family - 44 year old Bobby, 40 year old Sherilynn and 6 year old Madyson on an empty lot about an hour from their house. After that sighting no one was sure where the family was, they left behind some odd clues but they didn't have many leads until about 4 years later.

On August 18th, 2010 Ben McDaniel went cave diving at Vortex Spring in Florida. 30 year old Ben passed two employees on his way in the cave, one of which opened a gate in the cave for him. For our 50th episode we decided to bring you an unsolved ominous murder.
On the night of December 4th in 2003 Jonathan Luna was about to leave his office. He left a voicemail to someone relating to work and left. Instead of going home he went on a strange drive and left little clues. The next day an ominous scene was found in what appeared to be a random location.

In December of 1971 a neighbor asked the cops for a welfare check on the List family next door. Once there they had no idea what they would find or what had happened in the house about a month before. While cops had a suspect they couldn't find him to question him until 1989.

Carl Eric Brant who went by Charlie was born February 23rd, 1957. He married Teri Helfrich in 1986 and the two bought a house in Big Pine Key in Florida. The threat of hurricane Ivan in 2004 forced them inland to find shelter at Michelle Jones house, Teri's niece. 11 days into their stay a gruesome discovery was made and a wild back story came out.
