Mental health stigmas aside, do you know that by seeking early treatment, you are a responsible person?    Many are afraid to decide to get treatment due to being judged by misguided individuals.   Such toxic individuals should be avoided.    If seeking treatment for physical health has no stigma, there is also nothing wrong with mental health receiving treatment.   In this episode, I will share my experiences in decision-making, accepting changes in life, and how important awareness is to both survivors and caregivers.
