When you hear of hurtful decisions that that people you love make... It hurts you also.

What are you using to find satisfaction and joy and happiness? You will NOT find it in temporary things.

Why so many Laws? (Civil. Ceremonial. Moral. I am hoping that as I separated them I got them right.)
Why do we have rules and laws? The can be annoying and inconvenient but a lot of them do make sense.

When God's plan doesn't make sense. We know what we think and how God will work things out but it is reraely the way we think. That might explain why God said My thoughts are higher than your thoughts and my ways are higher than yours. Because they are. God's Math is not Man's math. Not even close.
Gideon asks for a sign. He gets a nickname and he is preparing for battle. Tomorrow we will see quite the opposite of what should HAPPEN AS THEY PREPARE FOR BATTLE.

What defines you? The letter C on my report cards didn't define who I was. I am way more than that.
This was one of those things that as I was working on it, it just blew me away to actually think about what it was saying.
Jesus took at least one nap. Why is that important? Well if you become a man or woman of action, you're going to need naps some days.

Depression, Anxiety, Suicidal. I don't know that I would go as far as to say that Elijah was suicidal, but he did want to die. The things we desire God to do are rarely done the way we see them unfolding.
Does anxiety have you running when in the end there really was no need to run. If youre going to run... run to someone that can help you.
The story of Elijah is one of quite the twist of events. From a great victory to quite the defeat as he hits the lowest point in his own personal life.
We can learn so much from those with special needs. Countries are doing their best through prenatal testing to eliminate these special ones from existence.
