In this passage Jesus teaches about more kingdom attributes and continues to show that true righteousness goes beyond the superficial teachings of the Pharisees. We look at how to apply kingdom attitudes such as mercy, purity, peacemaking, and internal and external righteousness.

Jealousy ruins relationships, but Jesus offers restoration when we leave the heavy baggage of envy at his feet. Mike Carr deals with the subject of jealousy through the Bible passage Genesis 37:3–11.

Rather than seeing Jesus’ Triumphal Entry for what it was—a fulfillment of prophecy—many, including the religious leaders, were so concerned with keeping their own power and authority, that they missed the Messiah. We'll be thinking about how it’s possible to be close to religion, and yet still miss God.
