In this insightful episode of "The Seun Osigbesan Podcast," Pastor Seun Osigbesan delves deep into the often complex world of marriages and relationships. Drawing inspiration from Genesis 2:16-20, Pastor Seun emphasizes a fundamental truth: successful marriages are the result of conscious investments made by the parties involved.
He uncovers the critical reasons why marriages sometimes falter and offers practical advice on how to strengthen them. Here are the key highlights:
Wrong Choices: Your choice of a life partner profoundly influences the course of your marriage. Some individuals are simply not meant for each other, and recognizing this is crucial.
Lack of Conviction: Doubts can creep in when there is no strong conviction about the relationship. Your unwavering belief in the partnership is what sustains it during challenging times.
Unhealthy Comparison: Pastor Seun cautions against comparing your spouse to others, as it can breed problems. It's natural to desire more, but never let comparisons erode your relationship.
Unfaithfulness: Infidelity is a destructive force in any marriage. To singles, he advises addressing lust issues before entering a committed relationship.
Lack of Romance and Sexual Dissatisfaction: Neglecting the romantic and sexual aspects of a marriage can create rifts. Open communication about your sex life is vital.
Lack of Spiritual Intimacy: A strong foundation in Christ, prayer, and the Word of God is essential for a lasting marriage.
Cohabitation and Premarital Sex: Engaging in sexual activities before marriage can weaken the foundation of your union and erode trust.

In this spiritually uplifting episode of "The Seun Osigbesan Podcast," guest minister Jerry Akorede delves deep into the transformative power of Thanksgiving. Thanksgiving, he explains, is the act of expressing gratitude and giving thanks for the benefits and acts of favour bestowed upon us. It's a response to an act of kindness, and it's independent of itself, requiring someone to initiate a kind gesture.
Jerry emphasizes that we should praise God for His goodness, as stated in Psalms 118:1 and 136:1. Thanksgiving is not solely predicated on God's performance; it's a commandment from God, and believers are called to obey it immediately and exactly. The enduring mercies of God are a testament to His acts. Therefore, we are reminded not to underestimate the importance of our praise.
The episode also explores how to walk in Thanksgiving, touching on crucial aspects like honouring God, maintaining faith, cultivating the right attitude, finding contentment, and embracing joy. Jerry emphasizes that faith is catalyzed by Thanksgiving, and whatever blessings we have now are not the end of God's provision – there is always more in God's vast capacity.

In this episode of The Seun Osigbesan Podcast, Pastor Seun Osigbesan delves deep into the topic of "Joy In The Holy Ghost." Drawing from key texts like Romans 14:17 and Habakkuk 3:17, Pastor Seun emphasizes the crucial distinction between joy and happiness. He reveals that true joy transcends circumstances and is a divine gift from God.
In Romans 14:17, the apostle Paul highlights that the kingdom of God is not about external things like food or drink, but about righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit. This sets the foundation for understanding the source and nature of genuine joy.
In Habakkuk 3:17, the prophet Habakkuk expresses a profound declaration of faith and joy in the midst of adversity. Despite the bleak circumstances, he rejoices in the Lord, showcasing the power of unwavering joy.
Discover the five essential aspects of joy: Joy is a fruit of the recreated human spirit, imparted into every believer when they are born again. This joy becomes the natural habitat of a child of God (Philippians 4:4, James 1:2-4, Galatians 5:16).
Pastor Seun reveals that joy is not only an emotion but also a kingdom protocol, a spiritual legal tender in the realm of the spirits, enabling believers to access the well of salvation.
The activation of joy in the presence of God is explored, drawing from Psalm 26:11 and 1 Chronicles 15:27. These passages illustrate how joy is birthed when we encounter the glorious presence of the Almighty.
The transformative power of joy is evident as Pastor Seun explains how it acts as a catalyst for strength (Proverbs 17:22, Nehemiah 8:10). Conversely, a lack of joy can lead to weakness or sickness.
Pastor Seun emphasizes the role of destiny and covenant relationships in triggering joy, referencing Luke 1:44-45. Joy is heightened when we connect with those who share in God's purpose for our lives.
Delve into the four kinds of joy: full joy, overflowing joy, unending joy, and unspeakable joy, the latter being a joy that cannot be explained or tied to external circumstances.
As you listen, gain insights into the expressions of joy such as singing (Psalm 5:11), laughing (Proverbs 31:25, Job 8:21, Psalm 126:1-5), and shouting (Psalm 47:1, Psalm 32:11, Psalm 71:22-24, Job 8:11, Psalm 2:1-4). These manifestations arise naturally when one is filled with the joy of the Holy Ghost.
Throughout the sermon, Pastor Seun illuminates how attacks on our lives are often attacks on our joy, emphasizing the need to guard and maintain our joy to prevent destructive consequences.
By understanding the power and significance of joy, you can experience a higher plane of living, where your joy remains unshakable regardless of the challenges you face.
Tune in to this powerful sermon to unlock the secrets of experiencing genuine, unyielding joy in your life through a deeper connection with the Holy Spirit. Discover the joy that God intends for you!

Scripture: 2 Cor. 5:18-20, 1 Thessalonians 2:3-4.
"If I've not yielded to Christ, I have no business making Him famous." Tunde Soilenu
As part of April's Making God Famous series, guest minister Tunde Soilenu shares what it takes to be an Ambassador for Christ and says our responsibility is to mirror or reflect Jesus. An ambassador accurately communicates the message of Christ.
The Bible calls us to be ambassadors for Christ, representing the Kingdom of God and shining a light in a world filled with darkness. As ambassadors, we are called to bear fruits that align with repentance and exhibit the values and character of Christ.
Tunde explores the various marks of an ambassador for Christ, including knowledge, character, excellence, and the empowering of the Holy Spirit. He delves deeper into what it means to have an intimate relationship with God and the importance of exhibiting Christ-like values in our everyday lives.
He also shares valuable insights and experiences from his journey as an ambassador for Christ, inspiring us to live intentionally and make a difference in our sphere of influence.
We hope this episode enriches and empowers you to be a faithful Ambassador For Christ, shining your light wherever you go. Thank you for tuning in to "The Seun Osigbesan Podcast." Don't forget to subscribe and share with your friends and family.
Pastor Seun delivered a sermon titled "Activating the Spirit of Excellence" as part of the #MakingGodFamous series. He used scriptures such as Daniel 6:4, Daniel 1:20, Genesis 41:14, Hebrews 6:10, and 2 Peter 1:5 to explain the concept of excellence. Pastor Seun defined excellence as the highest quality, superior standard, extreme quality, and maximum quality. He emphasized that excellence goes beyond limits and is achieved through practice and use. He also highlighted that excellence originates from the mind, translates in speech, and is demonstrated in one's life. Pastor Seun noted that God rewards excellence and that the best place to learn excellence is the church. He concluded that excellence attracts kings, opens doors, and is essential in making God famous.

"The job of nation building doesn't reside solely in the Presidency." Seun Osigbesan
This episode of the Seun Osigbesan Podcast is an inspiring conversation between Pastor Seun and his congregation about the importance of praying for Nigeria. The conversation highlights the need to stand for righteousness and take responsibility for one's own actions and how to fix our families and take our place in society as Christians with the responsibility of being salt. They discuss how money can be a powerful temptation and how parents should raise their children with expectations of greatness and instil values of honesty and integrity in them from an early age. They also explore topics such as police brutality, poverty, mindsets, illiteracy, tribalism, selfishness, insecurity, prayer platforms and online praying. Ultimately, the message is that everyone must have faith that God will do great things with this nation if we take action to rebuild it. Join us in this inspiring conversation as we encourage our listeners to be informed, open-minded and vocal about political beliefs while also recognizing that God does not have a political candidate but His will is what will prevail. "The real you is your spirit." - Seun Osigbesan
Sermon Summary
3 ways God doesn't want us to be led:
1/ By putting out a fleece (Genesis 24:14,17,18). There are coincidences in life today that nullify this. (Judges 6:36-40).
2/ Prophets…
In the new testament, God doesn't want you to be dependent on prophets to be led. (Ephesians 2:14-18)
The way God designed the NT is that everyone has access to God. The role of a prophet in the NT is confirmatory and not directional. Christians today want to outsource to prophets.
Mountains don't get you closer to God. It helps you to avoid distractions. (John 4:23)
3/ Through dreams…anything God reveals is because you can do something about it. You should not idolize your dreams. The word of God supersedes the dreams we have. (Deuteronomy 29:29). If you can't find it in the word of God, discard it.
How does God lead us?
1/ Through simple wisdom. Trust God, 'use' your understanding but don't lean on it. The pain of regret is deeper.
2/ Through the inward witness. It's a primary way God leads us in the new testament. A witness in the Spirit that produces peace in the heart, is evidence of God's word to one. (1 Corinthians 14:3). God is not an author of confusion. If you don't feel peaceful about it, don't do it.

Dimensions Of Glory
Sermon: Pastor Imisioluwa Owolabi
The message of this sermon, given by Pastor Imisioluwa Owolabi, is that one of the greatest dimensions of God's glory is when you become a carrier of it and let Jesus shine for the whole world to see.
To glorify God, one must become like Christ, generate power in prayer, produce fruits, and think generationally.
Additionally, one should not pity themselves, but instead, fight the fight of faith and win wars to truly glorify God. The ultimate goal is not to look like oneself, but to resemble Jesus.
If you find this sermon by Pastor Imisioluwa Owolabi on the Dimensions Of God's Glory to be inspiring, be sure to tune in to our next episode where we continue the series on 4 Sundays Of Glory.
Don't forget to share this episode with your friends and family, thank you for listening, and may God continue to bless you.

He encourages us to write down our five top prayer requests and lay them at the altar, believing that God will restore whatever has been lost with double in the name of Jesus.
He also proclaims that we will be 10 times better off than we were before, with more opportunities and resources. He then goes on to explain the importance of honouring the Lord with one's wealth, as this results in an overflow of blessings.
Pastor Seun also instructs us to make a covenant between ourselves and God regarding giving our first fruit, typically interpreted as the first of one's salary or equivalent. Tune in now to learn more about declaring God's promises and praying for His blessings!

As a covenant child of God, you can prosper anywhere in the world. - Seun Osigbesan
Prosperity is a state of well-being. Prosperity is flourishing, thriving, and good fortune. Prosperity is not just restricted to money, it means to succeed on all sides.
Few truths about prosperity
1: Prosperity is not all about money. Money is part of it but that's not all there is to prosperity Gen 9:31. Joseph was a slave but the bible considers him as someone who is prospering.
Prosperity is in different degrees. Isaac obeyed. Your prosperity is location sensitive. Isaac continued to prosper until he became very prosperous.
Prosperity can be achieved anywhere in the world. The earth is the Lord's and its fullness thereof. As a child of God, you can prosper anywhere as long as the. lord is there.
WHY YOU MUST DESIRE TO PROSPER:
God has pleasure In the prosperity of his servant. ps 35:27.
God's desire is for you to do the best, anything short of that is anti-God.
Poverty is not synonymous with holiness. Poverty is a curse of the lord and can never be the will of god for you.
God wants you to leave an inheritance for your children's children. pro 13:22.
The wealth God wants you to have is transgenerational. Matt 7:11.
God wants you to finance the expansion of his kingdom.
