Something happened the other day... it made things very difficult and I didn't know what was going to happen, so I pulled back for a while until I felt ready to share...
Being here is great and sometimes I feel calmer than I have in a long time, but my anxiety seems to still be very close to the surface and easily spills over into reactions...
