Marvin Constant was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, home to SEC powerhouse University of Alabama. At the age of 6, he was a superstar athlete from the time he stepped onto the field. In little league, Marvin was so talented that he started getting paid by coaches to play for their team. He was featured in USA Today his sophomore year of high school and was in several magazines by his junior year. Leaving high school as one of the top 50 prospects in the nation and receiving offers from the top SEC, BIG 12, PAC 12, and many other schools, he decided to play for the University of Alabama. He went from achieving all SEC freshman his first year, to being one of the top players in his class, but endured a career ending injury that would change his life forever. 

This injury would send Marvin on a rollercoaster of emotions and a long journey towards a new identity. Along the way, he used the dedication, hard work, and determination learned in football to advance forward with his life. He is now a published author, actor, model, and engineer teacher in Atlanta, Georgia. Marvin is also the founder of 40 PLUS STRONG, a book and brand that helps men and women 40 years and over understand their bodies and what they need to do to reach overall fitness, nutrition and health goals.

Teri “Coco Swole” Tolliver was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, home to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. After high school, she attended Fisk College in Nashville, Tennessee and became a member of the Delta Sigma Theta sisterhood. Teri graduated with a B.A. in Sociology and went into social services as a social worker. Anticipating the arrival of her daughter, she moved to Oklahoma to be around her support system consisting of her mom, grandmother and sister. Always chasing this feeling of wanting to be the perfect version of herself, she constantly struggled with being overweight. While in Oklahoma, her itch for entrepreneurship began when she created a boutique store for plus size women. In 2014, she moved to Phoenix, Arizona where she would continue to work in social services before making the shift to work for several huge corporations.  

Fast forward to today, Teri moves to the beat of her own drum. Her incredible weight loss journey and mindset transformation has made her a role model for many women around the world. Her passion not only lies in her own personal fitness journey, but also in teaching women the importance of being healthy, prioritizing themselves first, and using fitness as a vessel to heal themselves from the inside out.

Tara Herbst was born in a small town called Klamath Falls, Oregon. Despite being from this small town, she always knew the world was her oyster to explore. With a gravitational pull towards more diversity, she moved around a lot. When she turned 18, she moved to Hawaii, then to Eugene and Portland, before settling down in Phoenix, Arizona due to her love for vitamin D and warm weather. She has also stamped her passport several times with her spur of the moment trips abroad, checking off countries on her bucket list. 

During her explorations, she landed super cool job opportunities in the entertainment industry and also worked for the powerhouse brand NIKE. 

With fitness always being a true love of hers, she took a leap of faith and became a certified personal trainer. This was a bold decision made during COVID-19 since most fitness institutions were not even operating and many trainers were out of work. Because of this courageous move, she now spends her days training and impacting the lives of her clients, pushing them in and out of the gym to become the best versions of themselves.

Born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica until the age 14. He moved to Westchester, New York where he finished middle school and high school. With his mind being set on becoming a chef, Glenroy enrolled at The Art Institute of New York City’s Culinary Arts program for two years. After completion he landed an internship in corporate dining. While working in corporate dining he realized he didn’t like the structure of the industry. That was when another chef informed him of the benefits and unlimited potential in the restaurant industry. He took that advice and from 2009 to 2020 he was in the restaurant business. Upon his departure he was the chef at 2 restaurants Jacobs Pickle and Madison Pickle. He now owns his own private chef company specializing in modern American cuisine with Caribbean influence.    

He is now a published author of his first book, ”Chefboy Prince Travels”. That's all about inspiring the young generation in cooking.Through all his schooling, working, and traveling he learned so much and his true passion lies in cooking, teaching and writing.

Born in Mesa Arizona, Jayden Eggimann is the face behind the “Smile Movement.”

  • The Smile Movement is aimed at seeking the positives over negatives & getting after every day with everything you have to offer. This movement is that reminder that gives a simple yet contagious message to SMILE & never look towards those negatives. It's a message to be strong and confident in yourself while never losing sight of others around you.

Jayden has seen his fair share of dark times from battling a back injury, to multiple concussions, and also spending 23 hours in a comma. He has found that through his turmoil his life’s purpose and what really brings happiness to his life is spending his days being a positive influence on all people that come in contact with him. From personal training, building a movement, and being a dog dad his full time job is simply getting people to do one thing “SMILE.”
