Hey there, it's Amaury Khelifi, your friendly neighborhood marketing automation ninja, coming at you with some valuable insights on overcoming the fear of shooting videos. You know, that heart-pounding moment when you're about to hit that record button and the fear of judgment creeps in? Well, fear no more, my fellow Webmarketing enthusiasts, because today I'm sharing some tips and strategies to help you conquer your video-shooting anxieties!
Let's face it, starting out can be tough. We all have those cringe-worthy first videos that we'd rather bury deep in the archives. But here's the thing - perfection isn't the goal, growth is. So, embrace the learning curve and don't be too hard on yourself. Rome wasn't built in a day, and neither will your video-making skills!
One way to gain confidence is by sharing your videos with trusted individuals like friends and family. Their honest feedback and encouragement can work wonders in boosting your morale. And once you've built up some courage, it's time to take the plunge and share your content on social media platforms. But remember, keep it simple and don't get caught up in fancy editing tools. Authenticity is key!
To make your video-shooting journey a breeze, it's crucial to have a plan and some prompts to guide your delivery. Stick a handy post-it note near your camera as a prompter, and you'll never stumble over your words again. And here's a little secret - automatic editing features can be a game-changer, saving you time and effort.
But hold on, take breaks during recording to gather your thoughts and catch your breath. Remember, practice makes progress. So, keep refining your skills, seek feedback from your audience, and engage with them. Trust me, you'll be amazed at how far you've come!
Improvement takes time, my friends. But with consistent practice and a positive mindset, you'll become more comfortable in front of the camera and witness your content soar to new heights. So, what are you waiting for? Grab your camera, slay those fears, and start shooting those awesome videos!

Hey there! It's Amaury KHELIFI, your friendly neighborhood content creator and YouTube enthusiast. Today, I want to share some insider tips on how to create compelling YouTube videos that will have your viewers hooked from start to finish. Trust me, I've been there too - shooting videos for years, but not getting the attention they deserved. But fear not, because I've cracked the code and I'm here to spill the beans!
So, let's dive right in. The secret to engaging your viewers lies in the structure of your content. Gone are the days of simply sharing knowledge and hoping for the best. Instead, you need to address a specific problem that your audience is facing and show them how to solve it. But don't stop there! Take it a step further and develop the problem into a captivating story that your viewers can relate to.
Think of it as reading a book to a child. You want to take your viewers on a journey, with ups and downs, twists and turns. Make them emotionally invested in the story, just like they would be in a gripping novel. And then, my friend, comes the best part - the hero of the story, who overcomes all the challenges and emerges victorious. This is where you share the methodology or knowledge you want to impart.
Now, let's talk structure. To keep your viewers engaged, you need to start with a hook that grabs their attention right off the bat. Think of it as reeling in a big fish with a juicy bait. Once you've got their attention, introduce the hero of the story - someone who is in the same situation as your viewers. This creates an instant connection and makes your content relatable.
Next, it's time to develop the knowledge or methodology you want to share. But here's the thing - this should only make up about 20% of your content and should be presented towards the end. Why? Because by now, your viewers are emotionally invested in the story and hungry for the solution. This is where you deliver the goods and leave them wanting more.
So, there you have it - the secret formula for creating engaging YouTube videos. But wait, there's more! If you want to dive deeper into the world of video editing and automation, MyCTOFriend is the place to be. We've got all the tips, tricks, and techniques to help you save time for your family and business. Head over to MyCTOFriend and let's continue this exciting journey together.
Remember, we may not be the best in the world yet, but with the right structure and storytelling techniques, we're well on our way. So, what are you waiting for? Let's make some killer YouTube videos together! See you there, my fellow Webmarketing ChatGPT Marketing Automation ninjas!

Hey there, it's Amaury KHELIFI, your friendly neighborhood content manager and SEO specialist. I've got something exciting to share with you today that will take your podcast sound quality from zero to hero!
Let's be honest, we've all stumbled upon a podcast with horrible sound quality. You know, the ones where you have to crank up the volume to the max just to hear what they're saying? It's frustrating, to say the least. But fear not, because I've got the solution you've been searching for.
Imagine this: you're listening to your favorite podcast, and suddenly the sound drops so low that you can barely hear a word they're saying. You try adjusting the volume, but it's just not cutting it. It's a struggle that ruins the entire listening experience, especially when you're on the go or in a noisy environment.
But what if I told you there was a way to optimize your podcast sound quality and make it a joy to listen to in any situation? That's right, I've discovered a game-changing software that can transform your podcast sound from amateur to professional with just a few clicks.
Imagine taking the same episode of a podcast and running it through this software. Suddenly, the volume is perfect, and the sound quality is crystal clear. It's like magic! You'll be amazed at the difference it makes.
Now, you might be thinking, "But Amaury, how do I optimize my podcast sound?" Well, my friend, it's easier than you think. You can use popular audio editing software like Audacity, or you can go the automated route with the software I mentioned earlier (which, by the way, is Marketing Automation Ninja's secret weapon).
Proper recording, editing, noise reduction, and volume adjustment are key elements in achieving top-notch sound quality. With the right tools and techniques, you can ensure that your audience will have an enjoyable listening experience every time.
While I highly recommend our software, I also encourage you to explore other options. The goal here is to improve your podcast sound quality, regardless of the tools you choose.
So, here's my challenge to you: take action today and optimize your podcast or video sound. Don't let poor sound quality hold you back from reaching your full potential. And hey, if you're looking for a convenient way to store and access your optimized files, why not set up a Google Drive directory connected to Marketing Automation Ninja? It's a simple and efficient solution.
Alright, my friend, I've shared my secret weapon with you. Now it's your turn to take the next step towards sound greatness. Have a fantastic day, keep producing amazing content, and remember, we're all on a journey to become the best in the world. So let's keep learning, growing, and optimizing together.

Today, I want to talk to you about something that's really been a game-changer for me when it comes to shooting videos with my smartphone. Yep, you guessed it - tripods!
Now, I've tried my fair share of tripods in the past, from those fancy floor ones to the latest high-tech models. But you know what? Sometimes, going back to basics is the best way to go. Currently, I'm rocking a classic tripod with an added arm that allows me to shoot videos in both horizontal and vertical modes. It's convenient, easy to fold, and super portable. Plus, it only set me back around $40, so it's a cost-effective option for all you aspiring videographers out there.
Now, I know some of you might be eyeing that DJI OM3 tripod, thinking it's the bee's knees. And don't get me wrong, it's a fantastic piece of equipment, especially if you're into activities like running or walking while shooting videos. But let's be real here - for general knowledge-sharing videos, you don't need to splash out on such an advanced tripod. By opting for a simpler option, you can save a whopping $250! And let me tell you, that's money well saved.
But here's the thing, my friends - don't let the absence of a tripod hold you back from shooting videos. Seriously, don't wait for anything else. Tripods are great, but they're not the be-all and end-all. You can still produce amazing content even without one. In fact, I'll let you in on a little secret. You can stabilize your phone using your elbow on a desk. Yep, it's true! This little hack can give you surprisingly stable videos, especially if you're rocking a high-quality smartphone.
So, what are you waiting for? Start shooting those videos, my fellow content creators! Tripods are just a click away, and even without one, you've got all the tools you need to get started. Oh, and by the way, I've included links to the specific tripod I recommend on Amazon for easy access. You're welcome!
Thanks for tuning in, and I can't wait to see you in the next episode of Marketing Automation Ninja. Until then, keep creating, keep innovating, and keep being awesome!

Today, I want to talk about something that's been testing again lately.
You might think that using a green background can be a game-changer for your videos. It allows you to create a transparent layer around you and replace it with any image you want. I guess you imagine the possibilities! But before you jump on the green screen bandwagon, there are a few things you need to consider.
First and foremost, lighting is key. You need to have good lighting in the room, with two lights in front of you and one in the back to avoid any pesky shadows. Trust me, lighting can make or break your green screen magic.
Next up, you'll need some professional software to properly remove that green background. This is where the result may not always be perfect. You might end up with remnants of the green background, especially around objects like glasses.
In addition to that, using a virtual background can also make your video appear fake and lack authenticity. We don't want that, do we?
So, here's my recommendation - why not use your actual studio, house, or office as the background for your videos? It adds a personal touch and gives your audience a glimpse into your world. You can even spruce it up a bit by adding shelves, books, or personal items that reflect your personality. Authenticity is key, my friends.

Welcome to Marketing Automation Ninja, where we're all about cracking the code and finding innovative ways to produce and automate your web marketing. Today, I want to share with you three powerful techniques to find great ideas for your YouTube videos.
Now, let's face it, finding the perfect topic can be a real challenge. But fear not, I've got some ninja tricks up my sleeve to help you out.
First off, forget about relying solely on software like vidIQ or TubeBuddy. While they can be helpful, nothing beats the ever-changing YouTube algorithms. So here's what you do: create an empty YouTube account and use it to search for competitors or influencers in your niche. Like their videos, subscribe to them, and let YouTube's algorithms work their magic. You'll be amazed at the incredible topic suggestions that come your way.
But hold on, we're not here to copy our competitors. No, no, no. We're here to get inspired by their ideas and then infuse them with our own experience. So take those fantastic topic ideas and put them in an Excel spreadsheet. This way, you'll have a solid foundation to build upon and create content that truly reflects your unique expertise.
Now, let's move on to technique number two: YouTube analytics. This treasure trove of data is your secret weapon. Dive into the advanced mode and enable metrics like subscribers gained, likes, and views. Sort them, analyze them, and download that precious data into a Google Spreadsheet. It's like having your very own crystal ball, revealing the best-performing video titles that have resonated with your audience.
But wait, there's more! Technique number three involves the brilliant ChatGPT. This powerful tool takes YouTube analysis to a whole new level. Simply ask ChatGPT to generate video topics based on what's already working in your industry and on your own channel. It's like having an AI wizard that can provide you with a list of 10 video topics tailored to your niche.
Of course, remember that ChatGPT is there to support you, not replace your expertise. Use it to cover your content, structure your ideas, and ensure you don't miss any important details.
To sum it all up: create a dedicated YouTube account, tap into YouTube analytics, and harness the power of ChatGPT. These three techniques will give you the edge you need to find amazing video ideas that will engage and captivate your audience.
If you found these techniques helpful, don't forget to show some love by droping a comment on itunes and subscribing to our Youtube channel. And remember, there's more valuable content waiting for you on our YouTube channel, podcasts, and marketingautomationninja.com. So go ahead, dive in, and let's crack the code together.
Until then, take care.

As you continue to improve your content and gain more viewership, YouTube will start sending more traffic your way. And guess what? They might even promote your past videos too!
So, what's the secret sauce to YouTube promotion success? Consistency and automation, my friends. You've got to keep creating and uploading videos on a regular basis. And don't worry, I've got some marketing automation ninja tricks up my sleeve to help you streamline the editing process and avoid any unnecessary delays.
But hey, don't just take my word for it. I want you to join the conversation. Drop us a comment, share your experiences, and let's learn from each other. And while you're at it, make sure to visit our website for even more webmarketing goodness.
So, if you're ready to level up your YouTube game and conquer those promotion challenges, then buckle up and give this episode a listen. It's packed with practical advice, personal experiences, and a whole lot of motivation to keep you going.

Hey there, it's Amaury from Marketing Automation Ninja! Today, I want to share some super helpful techniques to reduce echo in your podcasts and YouTube videos. Trust me, these tips will make a world of difference in the quality of your audio.
First things first, let's talk about microphone placement. To avoid that annoying echo, make sure you're speaking really close to the microphone. If you're too far away, it'll pick up all the unwanted room noise and reflections. So, keep your mic about a fist's distance away and you'll notice a significant improvement in sound quality. This rule applies whether you're using a professional microphone or just your smartphone.
Speaking of microphones, investing in a good-quality external one is a game-changer. Don't worry, you don't need to break the bank. A microphone around the mark will do the trick. Just remember to still speak close to the microphone for the best results. Trust me, your audience will thank you for the crystal-clear audio.
Now, let's dive into sound panels. These little gems can work wonders in reducing echo. There are different types available, like those cool triangle-shaped panels specifically designed to minimize echo. You can also find more isolated panels that block sound from behind a wall. Just hop onto platforms like Amazon, and you'll find a variety of options to choose from. These panels are commonly used by YouTubers in their studios, and they really make a difference.
I hope these techniques have given you the tools you need to reduce echo and create top-notch content. If you found this information valuable, give us a thumbs up and hit that subscribe button to stay up to date with all our latest tips and tricks. And remember, you can always check out more awesome content on MarketingAutomationNinja.com.
Thanks for tuning in, and until next time, happy recording!

Imagine being able to create a video that automatically edits itself, saving you countless hours of tedious work. Sound too good to be true? Well, it's not!
When I started out in 2017, I struggled with video editing. I put so much pressure on myself to shoot videos without any pauses or mistakes. It was a real challenge, and I often found myself spending hours editing out the unnecessary parts. But let me tell you, things have changed.
Nowadays, we have software that can automatically cut out the parts where we're not talking. It's like having your own personal editor who knows exactly when to make the cuts. It's such a relief! Now, I can hit record, take a moment to gather my thoughts, and speak naturally without worrying about editing later. It's a game-changer for anyone who wants to produce high-quality videos without the hassle.
So, here's what you need to do. First, remember to take your time. Embrace those short pauses when you're recording. Take a deep breath, read your notes, or simply gather your thoughts. These moments of reflection will make your videos more polished and professional.
Secondly, keep in mind that if you're not speaking, the software will automatically remove that part from the final recording. It's as simple as that! By following these two tips, you'll save yourself hours of editing time and create videos that flow seamlessly.

I started producing videos more than 4 years ago and it's still really complicated to manage a high energy level... The worst for me was shooting a 24 video course in one day, it totally exhausted me... However, it's essential to manage your energy level for yourself but also for your audience because it's felt!
So THE technique? You have to mix video production with sports! Just before shooting, a little workout with a cold shower is super effective!
The idea is also to take advantage of an environment and communicate what you have to share.
If you have an office and constraints to work out? The bare minimum I would recommend is to take a deep breath of fresh air and some physical exercise (jumping, squatting or dancing on the spot!) and it will be directly felt in the final result!
The performance on a stage, during a speech is directly linked to our physical and mental performance... You have to see it as a sport!
The key is to mix sport and shooting! With at least a big breath of fresh air!

For many years, my only concern was to increase the performance of my funnel and my conversion rate, and I realized that I was missing a lot of things and that I didn't really understand the basics of Web Marketing and that's exactly what I'm going to tell you today...
The field of Web Marketing requires a lot of skills, and there are a lot of gurus who share their methods, their own tools and it's a pain to find your way.
I quickly focused on my website, my funnel had to be optimized but it is secondary in reality. When you start, you need a funnel but the most important thing is to have emails from your users or people who want to follow you.
Asking people to download something or to subscribe to our newsletter is the TOP priority!
I've tested lots of tunnels with training sales, ebook sales but it's not effective to have a "cold prospector" but rather to have someone who follows you and knows you and listens to you!
What is really important is traffic! But how to generate it?
Forget about advertising: You don't know what to talk about unless you have created mass content.
The key is to create mass content, then you observe what works and communicate by sending your content pieces to your mailing list!
Paid advertising is only used to amplify something that is already working!
The most important thing is to create as much content as possible, quality content that works!

When I started on YouTube, I was challenged to start a channel in English even though my level was really average!
It brought me a lot of difficulties and challenges before I started to grow!
In this episode, I will also give you some statistics and the differences between my French and English channels!
1 - The gap related to the difference in culture, we can't use the same examples or references!

2 - Pronunciation: some words are more difficult to understand and therefore with a certain level of complexity for our audience!

3 - A certain hesitation: we look for our words much more in our speeches, even with a script! We don't have the same natural attitude from one language to another!

In the end, if you set yourself this crazy challenge, you can see that you will not only attract the people you imagined.
I was really targeting the USA and England, but today it's less than 50% of my audience, the other part are foreigners speaking English!
To conclude with some statistics, I have about 1000 subscribers on my English channel and less than 200 subscribers for the French channel, and I have as many views on these 2 channels with almost 5 times more subscribers on the English channel!

In fact, it's really complicated to create results immediately, but it was for me a way to progress on an international reputation with a small audience.

If you are a beginner, I advise you to focus on your native language, but if you really want to create a channel in another language? Then do both (French + foreign language), because it's much easier to structure your content!

When you start to create video content, you can get caught up in a whirlwind of trying to create the perfect environment to shoot. How to adjust the light, how to adjust your camera or your smartphone...
To make it simple, there are 2 places particularly well suited to shoot your videos or even your podcast episodes.
1 - In your office/studio with always the same setup, the same background, the same position
2 - And outside in the nature
It is important to realize that shooting videos requires a significant amount of energy and the smallest detail that will come in your way will slow you down. That's why once you have found a setup that works for you, the right lighting, the right background... etc
Once you have found that setup, the best thing to do is not to dismantle that setup and keep everything in position for your next video.
The second best place to shoot is outside, in the middle of nature.
When shooting a video there are 2 extremely important technical elements. The light and the sound.
There is nothing better than natural light to record a video and there will be nothing like a good light of daybreak or end of day. (Just avoid the full sun, which will put a lot of shadow on your face.)
And on the sound side, nature brings its share of small nuisances such as the noise of birds ... but generally this nuisance will not be disturbing and will be much more pleasant than the boiling and complicated environment of a city.
In conclusion, remember that what counts is the content of what you have to share, not the technical perfection of your video ...

When we create a YouTube video, we have to share our brand, it's our branding, that's how your audience can identify what they will find in your videos.

Our brain can only focus on one thing at a time, so I usually recommend that your intro credits are voiceless. It is only an animation and a message, but I also recommend a little music that brings a professional aspect. It should be short, on average 5s including:
your brand (logo and name)
your baseline
Directly after, we enter directly on your content, with a brief presentation of yourself and your content ... But we can really do anything we want!

There will be more information for an end credit (Outro). If you are on Youtube, don't forget:
to put a small "subscribe" button and notifications
your brand and slogan
it is essential to have a "call to action", you invite your audience to perform an action, like redirecting them to your podcast or your website, they can have much more than following you on Youtube!

If you are doing online courses, your outro will be much shorter with only your brand, music and possibly your baseline... From online training or for a content creator, the main thing is to anchor your brand branding, in addition to music and animations!

In 2021, I launched the startup "Marketing Automation Ninja". In this episode I look back at the highlights, things that are coming up and of course the Christmas offer!
2021 has been a great year for Marketing Automation Ninja. In fact, this tool was born out of a huge difficulty I encountered in 2020 on my other startup "MyCTOfriend". I had to let go my whole team, so by force of circumstance I had to completely automate my video process, that's how M.A.N. was born!
Today, there are more than ten people using MAN for their projects and business, and we hope to have many more users in 2022!
2022 announces great things for MAN, we are working on a redesign of the tool and a brand new interface! It will simplify the creation of introductions and outros, with more independence for our customers. We're also working on an automatic newsletter generator and new specific video formats to meet a maximum of needs!
It is in this beautiful festive context that we offer a MAN FOR LIFE license! To take advantage of this exceptional offer before December 31st, please send us an email request for more details: hello@marketingautomationninja.com

It's really complicated when you're starting a startup to define the perfect persona that's suited to your product or solution.
In 2014, I had to shut down my first startup. The mistake we made was to have addressed too many people, with too many divergent messages on too many personas at the same time.
With this experience, I'm going to explain you how to correctly define your personas!
With Marketing Automation Ninja, we have several personas, we have info-preneurs, influencers and startups.
If you're not quite sure of your persona(s) yet, the first thing to do (after interviewing several people) is to produce content, and as you go along you will refine your communication!
Then, you have to focus on the common problem(s) that your personas have, you must not exclude any category from the start!
By producing your videos you will attract different types of profiles, you will refine your niche and you will be able to determine which ones are the most interesting and therefore who will be ready to pay for your service... Don't stay with several personas which will be counterproductive and not sufficiently adapted especially at the beginning of a project!
Establish your business model with one persona, and once your business model is profitable and allows you to be profitable, you can open up to other types of profiles!
Another method could be to create a type of content for each profile and address it specifically, with an explicit title for example.
The best method is to first reduce the possibilities until you get a single persona, then you dig your niche, and once you are well established you re-diversify on the other personas previously imagined by moving forward as quickly as possible on your project!

When I started my start-up projects, I had to define my persona, it means "who is my typical customer".
I got this technique from a mentor in Silicon Valley who works in the start-up world.
It's a really simple technique, and really anyone can implement it.
Choose one person to conduct the interview. Close your eyes and imagine yourself as your typical customer, choose a name, a marital and family situation, a job.
You will describe a typical week, your habits practically hour by hour. You will then understand the behaviors of your typical client, when you can communicate with them.
In the next episode, you will discover how to apply this method if you have several personas!
Tell me what you thought of this technique and if it helped you establish your first persona

The introduction will give THE first impression when someone listens to your podcast for the first time.
To get your audience hooked from the start, you need to know how to structure your introduction and your outro.
Personally, I took a lot of inspiration from...Russell Brunson, and I structured my introduction so that my audience knows from the start what to expect in the episode they're about to listen to.
If, like me, you need to create a generic intro for your podcast, make sure it contains:
A short and effective message that states what your podcast usually covers.
Who is this content for, your target customer?
If possible add a little personal touch to announce your channel.
And to have an effective outro, think about :
To thank your audience
to invite them to like and share your episode
Remember to offer your product or services to your audience

When I started creating YouTube videos and my first podcast, I was really attached to the details. Normal you would say… It's because I didn't really know where I was going...
The problem is that I put my energy in the wrong place :-(
Instead of trying to improve my public speaking skills, I tried to compensate with some tech skills.
A multi-camera setup from the first video. Sharing the screen of my smartphone, explaining complex stuff with a whole artifice while it was the first time I was speaking.
In short, unless you already have several thousand followers on YouTube or your podcast, there is no need to edit your videos or shows.
Focus on strengthening that content creation muscle. The more you do, the better quality your content will be. Spending most of your time editing your videos is clearly not the way to make rapid progress.

Why people don't get what you have to teach them?
When I was young, my mother took me to the church on regular basis and 30 years later, I can recognize the same story pattern in good content that we can find on the web.
For centuries, stories have been structured the same way to catch people's attention, to make them feel the story, to help them get in the hero's shoes.
If you have anything to teach, you need to use this same pattern.
Catching people's attention with a little intrigue, then telling the story of someone they can relate to, or someone they will like. And after telling the story, you can help them create the morale of the story.
In other words, this is not you teaching them something, the story does. And they will remember it because they made the morale themselves. They created their own truth guided by the story.
That's the power of stories and that is how everyone should teach things...

If you tried to produce video or podcast content, you might have felt the "Imposter Syndrome".
Wondering why you're doing this, thinking that they are people way better than you to explain what you have to explain...
In fact, there is always someone better than you to explain theory, but not in a specific context.
The theory is not as important as the story that will help people to identify what skill or knowledge they need to achieve their goals. And if you set aside that imposter syndrome and just focus on helping people to move forward with what they have to do. Then you are adding tons of value into peoples life, way more than what a doctor or a Phd expert would do explaining the nitty-gritty aspect of what people need to do.

When I started to produce my first videos, I quickly realized that I needed to follow my speech plan, I didn’t want to read on a notebook or anything we could see on the screen.
So I’ve tested tons of techniques.
Using a second smartphone next to the camera, a real teleprompter, paper notes…
Using a teleprompter is convenient but it’s not only a bit costly, but it’s also tons of synchronization between your speech and the text you want to say.
So to me, the best and simplest option is to
Write down bullet points of all the topics you want to cover on a sticky note
Place those sticky notes on your phone but without actually covering the center of the screen and the camera.
Read from the bullet points and develop each point.

I've been producing content for years, video, audio, and written content.
When I got started, I jumped right away on teaching the knowledge, and I've produced countless useless videos, focusing exclusively on the knowledge part, which is not what people are looking for initially. They want something else...
What do people want? They want to keep it easy for them, not to learn tons of techniques.
So if you want to be able to make them understand what they need, that particular knowledge that will make them get what they want: Then you need storytelling!
You need to share a story of someone like them, someone with similar goals. To explain what happened to that person because they didn't know what you are about to share.
The story part is easy to listen to, watch or read because there isn't too much important details. That story part is here to make the audience understand how important it is to know what you are about to share, The knowledge part.
In other words, the story is the motivator for someone to consume your content until the end, explaining why that's important if they want to reach their goals.
So in nutshell:
1 - Catch their attention with a relatable short message, introducing someone with similar goals.
2 - Once the message is conveyed, we need to shock them by giving them the narrative that they too, can be stuck in this situation ( stop and shock process)
3 - Teach through a story (explain and end with the moral) This then will help them create their own theory. Then rephrase the moral of the story, teaching them what they really need to know to meet their goals.

I started producing my first videos 4 years ago and I tried my hand at podcasting 3 years ago already. The result, as much as being frank was not terrible...
Nevertheless, is it possible to do anything other than to appear ridiculous in front of our camera? To see our friends and family doubtful while watching our videos?
I even have someone who once remarked to me:
"Apart from making videos in English on Facebook, what is your job? ..."
What to answer to that... that we have a long-term vision, that we have a lot of know-how to share and that we want to share our experience with others...
In short, all this to say that what really matters is not the form! Let's be honest, your first videos or podcast episodes can not be great! …
What will matter is the first impression and the value you bring to others through your content.
For the value of the content, it is by explaining and sharing your experience, that you will train yourself to speak out. It's only the practice and feedback of your audience that can improve you...
As for the form if we want to give a good impression to motivate users to watch our content. With a small budget we can easily add some animations with an intro and an outro. We can even add real effects during the episode, It's just a matter of energy invested.
This is precisely where it is important not to waste time on details, but to automate the addition of this branding automatically to add that first good impression without devolving time or money for each episode.
And that's the whole purpose of Marketing Automation Ninja...

In 2020 I flew to Nashville to attend the funnel hacking live event.
While working consecutive days and nights I received tons of useful advice regarding content marketing. But there was one piece of advice that really struck a chord with me.
According to Russel Brunson, in order to be successful online, the shortest path is to produce & publish content on daily basis.
That challenge sounds crazy because it's so much work, especially if we want to have some professional content. Shooting videos, doing the editing, adding the branding, writing descriptions, scheduling... tons of things that represent hours of work just for one episode.
But, behind that crazy challenge, there is a real reason and in today's episode, I'm explaining why it's such relevant to do this challenge and why it's the best way for you to be successful online very fast.

Last year, I was growing my own company, MyCTOfriend a company which help non technical founder to build their startup without tech co-founder.
I wanted to scale my business. We had a great start of the year as we got a bit of funding. Putting in place a plan to grow our marketing and acquire more customers. So we did what every company do, We started to hire people on marketing as well as developers to grow our business.
But delegating is hard, especially when it’s something you are not expert at. My main mistake was to beleive that people we hired could be as effective as my self... But I was wrong ! For most of them, they were very far from that...
What happend, I had to reduce the team, the essential member, myself exclusively.
At that time I needed to handle everything
- Coaching client as CTO,
- Producing tutorials
- Doing the marketing of the company
- Website... everything.
That’s with that constrain that I started to automate the marketing and content production. That’s were I realized that I had everything to replicate myself
I’ve been using automation for many years, but I never really used if for Webmarketing.
So I challenge myself to create the required automations to publish daily on FB, YouTube, social media & in a podcast. Above all in both French & English.
My best friend became dropbox. The only manual task left I have now, is to upload a video on that « to process » directory. Paying attention to define a proper name to the file. That’s it.
The content is optimized for video publication, for YouTube, for my podcast and it is shared everywhere on social media.
I don’t even have to think about it on daily basis as I have a queue directory where my content are picked up every single day.
Thanks to that automation skills, I’m not only able to grow my business, alone, I’m also challenging myself to produce a third media: This Marketing automation ninja channel. Where I’ll share on regular basis tips & tools to automate your life, and I’ll also share hands-on tutorial every week to help you to put in place automation to save tons of time.
