If the end of 2022 left you feeling like there was more to be desired... Disappointed that you didn't hit "your goals," and all the marketing about "new year, new you" has you feeling overwhelmed - then this episode is for you.
In an effort to maintain transparency, I totally felt this way. I felt like the year flew by and I sort of just "made it through." It wasn't until I made a little recap photo dump/Reel on IG that I realized just now much HAD happened in 2022 - and that I didn't need to feel like I didn't "do enough."
Which inspired me to shake things up this year. Instead of writing out a series of goals, I am focusing on a new mindset and perspective. If you're feeling like you want to shake things up this year, too - then press play and join me!
IN THIS CONVERSATION I SHARE:
How I was inspired / why I wanted to make this mindset shift for 2023
Vulnerability on an actual goal I didn't hit last year... And why that matters
My new perspective and what I'm doing instead (in case you wanna give it a go, too)

If you have a menstrual cycle, this episode is for you.
For years, people with menstrual cycles have been gaslit - our symptoms ignored, often being told we are "just hormonal" and that "going on birth control" will fix all of our problems. But the tide is changing and people are waking up to the reality that tuning into our bodies and listening to what we need is vital to living a balanced life.
Today's guest is Olivia Khoury, co-founder and co-CEO of Our Hummingway, an empowering platform that is rewriting the script on how we care for our bodies.
Growing up with a well-versed naturopath for a mom, Olivia was schooled in the holistic ways of the world. She and her co-founder, Ashley Greene Khoury, imagined a space dedicated to presenting the whole picture, particularly after being diagnosed with PMDD. Together they saw an opportunity to share products and original thought on periods and hormones on a broader platform.
IN THIS CONVERSATION WE DISCUSS:
What the four phases of the menstrual cycle are
Body literacy and how to sync your cycle to your lifestyle
How people with a cycle have been gaslit and the truth behind birth control and pain meds like Midol
What the Cycle Soother patch is and how it can help you with your own period pain

ICYMI: I had knee surgery about 3 months ago and it was a JOURNEY (and still is, TBH).
One of the biggest lessons I learned was how to be patient (with myself). I never thought that I would struggle with the process of patience, since I feel I grant this so easily with others. But when it comes to our own self- our goals, our dreams, our desires... It can be hard AF.
I've realized we all have a tendency to not give ourself the same grace and level of patience that we give so freely to others.
The last 3 months I have alchemized these feelings, thoughts and this experience as a whole and I feel ready now to share these lessons with you. My hope is that while this is pertaining to my own journey of recovery post knee surgery, that these lessons are applicable to anything in your life.
IN THIS CONVERSATION I SHARE:
How the act of patience is a verb and is a form of action in and of itself
Practices and methods I used to help me elevate my mood even when things felt "sucky" (that's a technical term)
Several analogies and mindset shifts to help you trust the process and lean into patience with whatever it is you desire

Welcome back to Season 3 of The Clean Bee Podcast!
If you clean your house, then this episode is for you (aka EVERYONE).
The truth about the cleaning industry is that it isn't as "clean" as you'd think. Most conventionally produced cleaning products are loaded with endocrine disrupting chemicals, fragrance and a host of other compounds that are total overkill, destroying the good bacteria that help keep your home (and you) in balance.
This week's episode is a conversation with Shreya (founder) and Kasey, from Hyve Clean, a cleaning company that is doing things differently.
IN THIS CONVERSATION WE DISCUSS:
Shreya's story on how and WHY she decided to create her own low toxin, probiotic rich cleaning company
The negative impact that conventional products have on our bodies and homes
Real tips and tricks on how to navigate the cleaning isle, what to look for and creative ways you can use Hyve products all over your home

You likely already know that Omega-3s are good for you, but do you know why?
Omega-3s are a powerful way to fight inflammation in your body and help bring your health into balance.
You might think eating a serving of "salmon" or "walnuts" here or there does the trick. But the sad truth is that our environment, lifestyle and habits are often far more pro-inflammatory, bringing us OUT of balance and thus experiencing symptoms like brain fog, sore joints and so much more.
This week's episode is truly for everyone and is incredibly important.
Today's guest is Corinna Bellizzi, MBA.
Corinna is a natural products industry executive and omega-3 expert who pioneered the growth of the health brand Nordic Naturals. Given her concern for the future health of people and the planet, she shifted her focus from fish-sourced omegas to algae in 2016.
An activist at heart, she launched her podcast, Care More Be Better, in 2021 to cover social and ecological issues that affect us all. Today she leads Orlo Nutrition, a new brand that features the world's first carbon-negative omega-3s. She hosts a new podcast, Nutrition Without Compromise, to support that effort. She covers health topics without compromising your ethics, or the health of our home planet.
I cannot wait for you to tune in!
IN THIS CONVERSATION WE DISCUSS:

It seems like much of our world is changing - right before our eyes - and fast. Division and tensions are strong. Institutions and structures are crumbling. As a collective, we've been through a lot.
If you're feeling a little discombobulated, confused or on uneasy footing - you are not alone.
Even though things feel uncertain, there has never been a better time to tap into your own power. And that is why I'm so excited to share today's guest with you - Ashmi Pathela.
I originally found Ashmi on Instagram and immediately resonated with her work. Ashmi is an artist and author who left a thriving career in Silicon Valley to follow her heart.
During her travels, she experienced an awakening that showed her a new way of being – from forcing, to allowing... from doubt, to trust – discovering the magic of aligning her life with her soul essence. Her book, Awakening the Heart of Humanity, is a tribute to this unprecedented time of global awakening. She writes and supports others on the journey back to their hearts.

Have you thought about going vegan? Or maybe you are following a vegan diet? Surely you've seen plenty of faux "meat" companies making headlines?
In our multi-media world, there's a lot of conflicting information out there: People telling you to "DO THIS" and "DON'T DO THAT" to be healthy.
Be a vegan. Go keto. Eat gluten-Free.
But what does "healthy" really mean? And might the path to get there look different to each person?
These are some of the questions we ponder in today's episode, which is truly close to my heart, as it's with my little sister, Alana.
Alana was a staunch vegan for over 3 years and this conversation is about her journey, her story and why she chose to stop being a vegan.
This is a truly candid conversation that I have been wanting to record with her for the podcast, as it's a perspective that doesn't get much coverage.
DISCLAIMER: This episode is NOT "anti-vegan" (not at all). There are many people who are thriving on a vegan diet and doing what works for them. This is simply a conversation about a real vegan who is sharing her very real story.
IN THIS CONVERSATION WE DISCUSS:
Alana's timeline for when she became vegan (and why) and her journey practicing the diet for 3+ years
How each person is a bio-individual, meaning what works for one, doesn't work for all. Learning to pull back the smokescreen and listen to YOUR body

Are you worried about wrinkles? Wondering if you should get (or keep getting) botox? Want to find out about a more holistic approach to anti-aging? Then this episode is for you!
When I turned 30, I started thinking more about preventing wrinkles (vain, I know, but always want to be transparent). I didn't feel comfortable going down the consistent botox use route, so I started my search for natural ways to prevent and reduce wrinkles. That is when I discovered today's guest, Dawn Conder, founder of The Face Naturalist.
Dawn is Certified as a Hayo’u Method Gua Sha Instructor and Advanced Danielle Collins Face Yoga Method Educator and she teaches a holistic approach to skincare by integrating non-invasive techniques, non-toxic products, and a balanced lifestyle.
IN THIS CONVERSATION WE DISCUSS:
Her story of how her daughter had an awful reaction to a product, and how that motivated her on the path to non-toxic living
Explained: what Gua Sha and Face Yoga really are (and how you can use them in your own anti-aging routine)
Dispel common myths and how to incorporate the proper technique

This week's episode is solo one that feels really poignant. With so much division, finger pointing and hate running rampant in our society, it can be incredibly overwhelming and disheartening if you are someone who yearns for unity.
Given the events in our world, I felt compelled to share honestly about how I am working to check my own bias, question my own dogmas and open my heart with love in an effort to create a truly more compassionate and empathetic world.
If you've been feeling the weight of the world too, give this episode a listen. Let this be a conversation starter in your own home and in your own circles.
IN THIS CONVERSATION I SHARE:
What do compassion, shame and dogma really mean?
A personal story on a time when I had to check my own (unchecked) beliefs - and the subsequent positive story that evolved once I did
Questions for you to ponder and share with those you love (and perhaps disagree with) in an effort to stimulate conversation and connection

This is a must-listen episode.
IN THIS CONVERSATION WE DISCUSS:
The human history of how Monsanto started (and how we ended up where we are now)
Explained: what glyphosate (and other chemical herbicides) really are, and their health and environmental impact
What you can do about it - what to avoid, what to look out for and how to enact change and support your health

I might have a slight vulnerability hangover after this episode goes live, but I'm ready for it. After having a touching conversation with a friend, I was inspired to open up and talk about real insecurities I have in an effort to bring more REALness into the body love movement.
Social media often portrays the message that you should just always "love your body." But what if that doesn't feel like something you even know how to do? Trust me, I've been there too. If you are in need of a dose of honesty plus inspiration for how to shift your mindset and truly embrace loving your self more deeply, then this episode is for you.
IN THIS CONVERSATION I SHARE:
My thoughts on the body positivity movement - how even though it is amazing, it can leave us feeling gaslit and like our emotions are somehow "wrong."
My own insecurities and a personal story of how being an NFL Cheerleader shook my confidence and made me question my worth.
3 real life tools/tips that I use to reframe my mindset and embrace true self love and acceptance, even when it feels hard.

This week's episode is a solo one (and quite personal). Today, Madalyn dives into her history and relationship with alcohol and why she has chosen to take a significant break. In a society and culture that normalizes drinking, it can be uncomfortable to go against the grain. She talks about how she came to this decision, plus some tips and resources that have helped her and may help you in your own journey too!
