Auckland has a main body of waterfront, with stagnant rooftop bars.
This land also has other kinds of water inlets, where fluid currents can portal us to many more desirable places of Tāmaki Makaurau.

Victorian-styled Buildings made Europeans feel at home, and safe – like the whole of Krd was one giant living room. Colonial buildings are kind of like Big Macs, outputs of a franchise.
Franchise is the promise of access, the promise that from anywhere; the same cold drink. But you don’t just get that cold drink from anywhere – you get it from here. Franchise is also the promise of calling this one ‘yours’.
