Episode 1 is an interview with Sean Hughes (former resident DJ for Cream Ibiza) where he tells stories of cycling from England to Ibiza with very little preparation, completing one of the hardest Iron Man challenges & running the London marathon without actually registering.  He also takes us through 5 tracks that mean something to him; one that gives him goosebumps, a classic he couldn't live without, a new one he can't stop listening to, one that stopped him in his tracks and a guilty pleasure.
