Before Friday I think it was kind of like a ho-hum… Guardians were depressing, no buzz about the draft, no pick on Thursday to open the draft. it really was going on a Friday like, “what is next?” “what are the Browns gonna do?” We usually love the draft, which I don’t think it’s a bad thing not to have a first round pick compared to other fans. Its always good to have first round draft picks but don’t think its necessary. But in this week leading up it really was no buzz. With the Guardians losing seven in a row and the Cavs not in the playoffs, it just felt like kind of a blah week. Then on Friday night Brownie the Elf and Slider cracked their knuckles and said, “BUCKLE UP FANS!” because what an unbelievable Friday night in Cleveland! was the entertainment and the bars about the draft there was some there were some Oso Negro things or some stressful things about the drive to according to who you are and what you thought about the Browns draft on Friday night was really drama filled!

Rivalries are wonderful aren’t they? We love em! Big promotion…. There’s nothing more fun than Ohio State vs. Michigan, Eagles vs. Giants, Browns vs. Stealers. (Probably should’ve listed Browns vs. Steelers first.) For our Guardians, there’s nobody we hate more than the Yankees. (Andy directed a film on it.) The White Socks are probably close behind. So this was an interesting week. You got two teams who do not like us Guardians; the Yankees and the ChiSocks. There was also an interesting moment that happened with the boogie down in the Bronx. With a two-run home run it looked like the guardians were going to take the lead and escape with a 4-3 victory only to see a sad 5-4 Yankees win. But what happened between those events is what we’re going to focus on.

“Mr. Cleveland” has been declared for 2022 in the world of sports. It was declared this week. It’s not gonna be Myles Garret, he’s a wonderful wonderful player. Or Darrius Garland who’s was wonderful in a loss on Friday night (out played Kyrie). Nick Chubb or Jared Allen or even Mobley. None of those who are very talented to players for “Mr. Cleveland”. No one “Mr. Cleveland” is Mr. Jose Ramirez!! Did you get that ? Jose Ramirez is “Mr. Cleveland” in 2022. For those of you who did not see, he signed a contract for 5 years for $124 million (in that range depending on what site you want to go on) he is here now in a no trade clause. This was a BIG deal!
