I interviewed Tom Farrell, Chief Disciplinary Counsel for Pennsylvania. Some interesting takeaways (1) State authorities don't always agree with the ethics opinions issues by the ABA. Case in point: we had an interesting discussion about the recent opinion on nonrefundable fixed fees paid in advance. Spoiler alert- PA doesn't agree with the ABA. (2) the issue Tom's very concerned about are lawyers who suffer demential or cognitive decline. There's more interesting stuff.

In this episode of the podcast I interview Mike Kennedy, Vermont Bar Counsel. And oh, when you listen you'll hear a bunch of craziness of how I changed the name of the podcast. I decided not to do that. So even though I mention that I'm rolling this podcast into my other program (the Good Lawyers Gone Bad Podcast), I've decided not to do that. I'm keeping them distinct after all. But I already recorded that in the interview...so just ignore it!
