Est. 2019 A show created simply to put on display the entrepreneur in all of us.
We all hustle for something.
By Jack Hayes CEO Profit Jack/Co-Founder PLUGcollect
In this episode, I sit down with Jack Preston, a 25-year-old entrepreneur who’s proving that confidence isn’t something you’re born with — it’s something you earn.
Jack shares how he went from plumbing for £49/day, to trading (losing — then learning), and now to building a content agency that turns everyday moments into stories worth sharing.
His path hasn’t been easy — but through mentorship, community, and sheer persistence, Jack has carved out his own lane.
We dig into:
Jack’s story is a raw reminder that success is less about where you start and more about the decisions you make when opportunities (and challenges) present themselves.

Welcome Back Winners,This week, I sat down with good friend & fellow A-Player, Andrew Brennan Smith, and the conversation was one of those rare ones that keeps circling back in your mind hours later. We talked about change—not as something to fear, but as the very thing that sharpens us. Andrew shared how he pivoted from a traditional career into the online business world, the mindset shifts that made it possible, and the hard truths of running an agency (hint: it’s not as glamorous as it looks on Instagram). One thing that stood out to me was how he defines success. It’s not about going viral or chasing the next shiny metric—it’s about keeping promises to yourself, showing up for the people you serve, and building something real.We also explored what a marathon can teach you about discipline, resilience, and your own limits… and why living as a digital nomad isn’t just about freedom, but about learning to adapt anywhere. If you’ve been questioning your path, waiting for the “perfect moment,” or wondering what it takes to turn an idea into something tangible—this episode is your reminder that investing in yourself will always be the best bet you can make.🎧 Interested in more aligned opportunities? This might be the most vulnerable episode I’ve ever released....
It was supposed to be another casual update in the Road to Rome series, the grand finale if you will, but what came out was something I didn’t plan—a full, unfiltered reflection on everything I’ve been navigating behind the scenes.
From almost burning down my house, losing my childhood dog, crashing emotionally and financially, to nearly letting it all spiral… I talk about the breakdowns that forced me to build back differently. I used AI to help restore the audio because I didn’t want to lose this moment—it deserved to be heard.
This one’s about shame, grace, and the kind of silent battles most people never talk about. If you’ve ever felt like you were holding it all together with one hand and still slipping—I see you. I was you. And I want this episode to remind you that you’re not alone in that feeling.
Sometimes it’s not about avoiding the fire—it’s about surviving it with your soul intact.
Thanks for listening & don't hesitate to reach out if you ever need someone to talk to.

Winners,
This episode is short, messy, unfiltered—and absolutely unforgettable.
I recorded it mid-run—live from the streets of Rome—about 2.5 kilometers into my first marathon. You can hear the adrenaline in my voice, the excitement of my boy Mark (shoutout for being the first-ever live guest on The Weekly Profit), and the pure chaos of doing something you never thought you’d do… until you’re doing it.
We talk pace. We talk mindset. We talk about why Rome might be one of the greatest cities on Earth (coming from a guy who lived in Miami, that’s saying something). But more than that, this one’s a real-time reminder:
You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You just have to start.
To everyone who’s followed the Road to Rome journey—thank you. This has been one of the most challenging, rewarding, and clarifying experiences of my life. And I’m still not done.
Keep chasing what lights you up. Even if you’re scared. Especially if you’re scared.

Winners,
We’re six days out from the biggest race of our lives—26.2 miles across the ancient streets of Rome, and the feeling is real now. Today’s episode is short, raw, and reflective, recorded right after my last run in Saint Augustine before hopping the pond to Italy.
This one’s less about pace… and more about presence.
In this episode, I take you inside my mindset during the final taper week. I talk about:
I talk about learning to own my identity as an athlete again, how lifting changed my confidence, and why I believe you have to build your body and your business at the same time if you're serious about growing into the highest version of yourself.
But maybe the most important part of this episode?
It’s a reminder that this season of life is yours. Before the families, the forever homes, and the full calendars—these years are for getting outside your comfort zone and doing the thing. Whatever your Rome is… chase it.
We don't get experiences back. But we do get to decide whether we show up fully or play it safe. I choose to show up. And I hope this episode inspires you to do the same.
See you at the finish line.
– Jack

Hello wonderful humans.
I took this one with me on a run — two and a half miles deep, thoughts flowing, and the concept of creative ambition hit me like a sledgehammer. We throw around words like “creativity” a lot, but what if there’s a higher level to it? What if the real differentiator isn’t the creativity itself, but the ambition that fuels it?
In this episode, I unpack the difference between creativity and creative ambition — how one keeps you stuck in your head while the other propels you forward. It’s about taking agency over your life, your work, and your potential. The ones who move with creative ambition are the ones who build legacies.
Key Takeaways:
Creativity vs. Creative Ambition:
Agency Over Your Life:
The last 27 months have been about one thing for me: taking radical ownership. It’s about becoming the CEO of your life, not just the artist behind the scenes.
Run the Reps — Literally and Figuratively:
The run to the gym mirrored the run to Rome. We’re 7 days out from the race, and the mental game is as crucial as the physical. Whether it’s mileage or mindset, it’s the consistent reps that build the next version of you.
Finding People Who See You:
If you want more opportunities to be who you are, surround yourself with people who already see that version of you. They’ll call it out in you, and the world will follow.
Curious about how your own creative ambition can turn into real opportunity?I’m running free Opportunity Automation Audits this week for anyone ready to level up — whether that’s landing your dream client, monetizing a skill, or finding clarity on your next move.

Hello Wonderful Humans
In this episode, I checked in mid-run — just 10 days out from race day in Rome — and what started as a voice note on pacing turned into one of the most real reflections I’ve recorded yet.
This journey has never just been about running. It’s been about the belief systems I’ve had to break, the identity I’ve had to reshape, and the version of myself I’ve been quietly building in the dark.
From struggling to run 4 miles to logging 20+ without flinching — this episode is about what happens when consistency compounds and doubt loses its grip.
The shift happens in the miles.
And this episode is me proving that — to myself, and maybe to you too.
In this episode, I talk about:🎧

Let’s talk real for a second. The common thread between the most successful people I know? They all hit that moment where they realized: no one’s coming to save you. If you want it, it’s on you.
In this episode, I unpack the mindset that’s been fueling my marathon training—and honestly, my life lately. It’s not about hype. It’s about taking full ownership of your path. Because belief without action? That’s just a fancy word for sitting still.
Here’s what we get into:

🚀 Want More of the Real Stuff?
Hi
So here’s the deal—this week’s episode hits different. I recorded this one mid-run (yep, real sweat, real switchbacks), because sometimes the thoughts hit harder when you're a few miles deep and your legs are arguing with your brain.
This episode is all about leaning into discomfort—turning left when you usually turn right, not knowing exactly where you’re headed but trusting yourself enough to keep moving. It’s the training mindset, not just for running but for life. I talk about the power of making instinctive choices and how those little moments stack up to build real confidence.
We also get into one of my favorite practices: curating your own “Soundtrack to Your Life” playlist. Not just your hype songs—but the tracks that remind you who you are and where you're going. Add to it as you grow. Let it tell the story of your journey.
And of course, the “This Is Life Now” playlist—future-you’s anthem lineup. High-frequency, dream-manifesting energy only. Because your brain doesn’t know the difference between what’s real and what’s vividly imagined. Might as well give it something good to work with.
Finally, a little gratitude rant (because that’s how we roll). Big love to the real ones who’ve been here since day one, the haters, the doubters, the ride-or-dies—y’all are all part of this. Five and a half years speaking this thing into existence… and we’re just getting started.
So if you needed the nudge: be as real as it gets. No copy-paste life allowed.
Catch you on the next one. Stay weird, stay wonderful.

Welcome Back Legends,
This episode’s a bit of a recalibration—just me, mic'd up, processing some of the shifts happening in real time.
I talk about what it feels like to move from chaos to clarity, how the momentum I'm building is starting to stabilize, and why that’s more uncomfortable than I expected. I’m learning to slow down without guilt, to rest without panic, and to trust that systems I’ve built are starting to hold. That’s new for me.
This one’s for the builders who are in it—for the ones juggling vision, operations, and the mental battles that don’t always get airtime. I share what I’m leaning into creatively, how I’m structuring support, and what I think it really means to lead when the business starts to evolve faster than your identity can catch up.
Whether you’re in the grind or in the grace, I hope this one meets you where you're at.

Day 93 Alright family—episode 2 is in the books and I literally recorded it while running. Breath and all. No fluff. No filter. Just me, the streets, and this wild marathon mindset that’s teaching me more about life than any book could.
In this one, I broke down the concept of “talking pace” – the real rhythm of not just running, but life. I talk about how my dad taught me to run not with a stopwatch, but with feel. And how that’s now becoming the way I move through business, relationships, and this whole 100x life journey.
We talk discomfort. Tempo. Race pace. And most importantly, how to get comfortable being uncomfortable. There’s wisdom in the sweat, and clarity in the chaos if you’re paying attention.
Also peeled back some of the layers on why I’m even doing this marathon in the first place. Hint: It’s deeper than the miles.
Whether you’re building something big or just trying to figure out what’s next, this one’s got something for you.

“On today’s episode, we’re chopping it up with Faree, a young entrepreneur who went from selling sweets in high school to scaling online businesses like a pro. But it wasn’t just about the hustle—it was about the mindset shift that took him from grinding offline to mastering the digital game.

Key gems? Success isn’t about avoiding failure, it’s about learning from it. You don’t lose until you quit. That 1% improvement every day? That’s how you win.

On today’s episode, I had the pleasure of chatting with the one and only Tamir Morris, and let me tell you, the guy knows his way around sales and networking, especially on Instagram. We dove into how being active on social media isn’t just a "nice to have" anymore—it’s a full-on power move for creating business opportunities. Tamir shared his playbook for landing a killer sales management role through Instagram, all while stressing the importance of trust and community, particularly in groups like A Players.
We also got into the fun stuff—understanding different personality types in sales and how tailoring your approach can make or break a deal. Tamir’s got some golden nuggets on handling objections like a pro and closing deals with confidence.
Of course, we couldn’t wrap things up without touching on the big picture—staying sharp, learning continuously, and adapting to the ever-evolving sales landscape. Tamir also shared his future vision, where he’s all about helping others leverage their unique talents and connecting them to the right opportunities.

Hey friends in this episode, I had the pleasure of sitting down with Joey Seeman, the brilliant mind behind Nova Echo. Joey’s journey is nothing short of inspiring. He took a big issue in the sales and customer service world and turned it on its head with his AI-powered company. What really struck me was Joey’s emphasis on simplicity, hard work, and the sheer grit it takes to succeed in entrepreneurship.
We dug into some of the real challenges he faced—like starting with basically no money and dealing with a ton of rejection. But Joey didn’t just push through; he thrived. And let me tell you, his take on building a strong team is spot on. He’s all about surrounding himself with motivated, positive people who make the ride that much more enjoyable.
One of the most interesting parts of our conversation? Joey shared that he actually dropped out of high school to chase his entrepreneurial dreams. Why? Because, in his words, he couldn’t take advice from teachers who were less successful than him! And honestly, I get it. Joey believes that execution is everything. Ideas are great, but if you’re not willing to roll up your sleeves and put in the work, you’re not going anywhere.
We also touched on the process of raising capital and how valuable it is to learn from experienced mentors. I couldn’t help but share some of my high school obsessions, and we had a good chat about the importance of independence and freedom. We didn’t shy away from calling out the traditional education system either—especially when it comes to fields like law and medicine, where practical experience often trumps theory.
We wrapped things up with a deep dive into the Nova Echo journey, and Joey even invited all of you to give the product a trust me, you’ll want to check it out!

Welcome back to The Weekly Profit Podcast beautiful souls, I am so happy you are here. Today is a fun one,
Discovering the Power of Authenticity: In my journey, I found that the most compelling content comes from personal stories and authenticity. It took a deep dive into my experiences and the lessons learned to truly embrace and share my narrative. This approach has led to the most engaging podcasts, blogs, and social media content. Emphasizing genuine, original ideas has been the key to connecting with audiences. Always prioritize being authentic.
Embracing Uniqueness in Creation: Initially, novel ideas might seem odd until they become indispensable to the world. The foundation of meaningful connections, whether with friends or audiences, is transparency about who you are and the value you offer. This mutual recognition and appreciation of value are critical. Treat your audience like a new friend: understand them, acknowledge their significance, and consistently communicate your unique perspective and assistance.
Leveraging Automation for Content Multiplication: A major lesson learned was the efficiency of automating content dissemination. A single piece of content can be repurposed across various platforms, from tweets to YouTube videos, maximizing reach with minimal effort. I discovered the potential to generate extensive content through a streamlined process, involving AI to tailor a conversation template for podcasts, resulting in numerous episodes and social media clips. This strategy not only amplifies your message but also optimizes content creation and distribution.
The Rarity of Negative Feedback: Despite creating over a thousand pieces of content, negative reactions were minimal. This underscores that the fear of criticism should not deter content creation. Most people are indifferent, and the few who engage, often do so positively. The key takeaway is to maintain clarity, simplicity, and consistency in your messaging.
For personalized guidance on automating your content creation process and maximizing your unique value proposition, reach out to me, Jack Hayes, on any platform. Let's explore how we can transform your content strategy together. Remember, the essence of impactful creation is authenticity, embracing your uniqueness, efficient content repurposing, and not fearing criticism. Keep creating, stay consistent, and cherish the journey

Today, I'm thrilled to share some candid reflections straight from my morning walk – a space where ideas flow freely and authenticity reigns supreme.
Picture this: No polished studio setup, just me, my thoughts, and the rhythm of my steps. It's in these unscripted moments that I've come to appreciate the raw authenticity of self-expression.
I've often toyed with the notion of recording these daily insights, veering away from the conventional podcast format. Why? Because I believe in the power of relatability. Let's face it – life isn't always neatly structured, and neither are our thoughts. By sharing these unfiltered moments, I aim to foster a deeper connection and inspire authenticity in all of us.
Now, let's dive into the heart of today's musings: opportunity and excitement. As an entrepreneur, I've learned that seizing opportunities isn't just about having a game plan – it's about infusing each moment with genuine excitement. It's about embracing the unknown with open arms and a sense of anticipation.
But here's the twist: Instead of simply preaching positivity, I advocate for something deeper – the art of generating excitement. It's about tapping into that inner spark, fueling action, and propelling ourselves forward, even in the face of uncertainty.
Reflecting on my journey, I've realized the immense value of accelerating personal growth and sharing knowledge freely. It's not just about achieving success for ourselves; it's about lifting others along the way. That's the beauty of mentorship – a symbiotic relationship where both parties thrive through shared learning and growth.
So, my fellow LinkedIn enthusiasts, I invite you to join me on this journey of self-discovery and entrepreneurial pursuit. Let's embrace authenticity, seize opportunities with excitement, and empower one another to reach new heights.
Be sure to connect with me here on LinkedIn & rate the show for more thought-provoking insights and discussions. Together, let's redefine success on our terms.
Thanks for tuning in, and remember: authenticity breeds opportunity.

1.Your authentic self is easier to follow than you think. It’s not the actions that are difficult because those are all intuition guided. It’s the rate of consistent change that you are not used to, that you have no reps with, that you will have to endure. Do things that show the highest version of you to the world and observe how it responds. The people, the experiences, the feeling of knowing you’re stepping into the unknown and really appreciating the fact that you did. (Usually months 3-6😂) Block out time to practice this. You have 18+ years of never having these thoughts, so think of the thought repetition as year one for a new sport. I chose a year. 2.Connecting to your faith is important. Whatever it is. A in real life mentor. A spouse. Religion. Whatever it is. Train the mind at appreciating that, learning that. I got a lot closer to god this year because I chose to take a deeper interest at understanding who he was and how Interpreted him up to this point. (If you want to hear my conclusions to that, hop In The Weekly Profit Community Discord. The first 100 Members are completely free. )3.The Power of One More Is Real. I understood this as anything is better than 0. From this I learned that’s how you produce consistency in the things that you do. The understated power is it allows you to get the reps at doing multiple things. I reccomend one thing and training to expresss it in multiple ways. Not to shout myself out on my own show but when you look at Profit Jack Enterprise we are expresses as a business helping people making money online in our own unique way, as well as a podcast that provides a voice and elemnt of personal connection at scale to a wider net of people. My clients and my audience get the same guy who wants to as much value as he can.4.I am someone who thinks ownership is extremely important. Everything is my fault. Fast action wins, I like to win and that’s it. Why dwell on things you can no longer control, or control in the first place. The year taught me the importance of finding time to listen to my instincts. Beach Walks late at night when I knew nobody would be there, gym sessions with no music, not looking at the phone the first 4 hours of the day if I was up early enough. Life was busier than ever this year but on with actions that I usually generated on those walks, workouts & silent time.

I'm Jack, I'm back and this time with one of my newest friends since heading back up North in the Sunshine State.
Andy Varnes (@andyvarnes) " where I share insights into the transformative power of daily habits and purpose-driven living.
I've personally experienced the profound impact of habits like writing, journaling, praying, and meditating on my life. These practices have become second nature, eliminating the need for conscious effort.
Initially, I was skeptical about these habits, but their positive effects quickly became evident. What's more, their influence extended beyond me, inspiring friends to adopt healthier routines and focus on self-improvement.
In this episode, I explore the idea of stacking small, positive habits – it's like progressively increasing weights at the gym, leading to significant progress in well-being, productivity, and personal growth.
I also discuss the importance of striving to be the best version of oneself in all aspects of life. By asking, "What would my best self do?" you can infuse purpose and enthusiasm into daily tasks.
The significance of hard work extends beyond business, encompassing relationships, personal growth, and spirituality. Having a strong "why," such as providing for loved ones or giving back, serves as a powerful motivator.
I delve into the impact of accountability and surrounding oneself with like-minded individuals, akin to having a gym partner who keeps you motivated and on track.
Finally, I emphasize the importance of building relationships and prioritizing the well-being of others as a driving force for long-term success. Having a strong purpose and caring for others are fundamental to sustaining and achieving success.

In this episode, we delved into the power of authenticity and the rewards and challenges it brings. We emphasized staying true to our beliefs, even when misunderstood, and the importance of avoiding conformity.
One key challenge we discussed was maintaining conviction without reinforcement. To overcome this, we recommended surrounding ourselves with supportive individuals. Negative influences can drain us, so we urged listeners to seek uplifting connections.
We also explored the significance of avoiding draining relationships and focusing on personal growth. Being with the wrong person can hinder success, so we advised prioritizing oneself.
Furthermore, we stressed the importance of distancing from draining influences and embracing supportive environments. To be authentic, we must resist conformity and rely on our convictions.
In addition, we highlighted the power of consistency and documenting our journeys for small wins. While results may not come quickly, dedication pays off. We encouraged learning from failures and adapting.
Overall, this episode emphasizes the value of authenticity, supportive relationships, and consistency for personal growth and success. Join us next week for more on "The Weekly Profit Podcast."
What's up beautiful people, it is a new episode with a new guest in a new city. Lars Raymond is the 23 year old founder of 2 investing companies & also a new neighbor of mine in the north part of the Sunshine State.
Favorite Quote: the most successful people in the world understand how money works and treat it as currency. They consistently offer value to the market and receive it back without fixating on the amount of money in their bank account. The key is to not be overly concerned about money but rather to focus on providing value and contributing positively to the market. By doing so, individuals can experience increased success and create wealth.

What a beautiful day in the neighborhood. Yes, there's another podcast this week and my dry streak of guests has finally come to an end.... Ryan Ayala is back for part 2. What starts as a boys chat just catching up, transitions to an extremely valuable conversation about how anyone can stop overthinking success.
Simple habits for training the rep to consistently win the small game.
It's okay to be comfortable to build consistency and prevent yourself from quitting or having a 0 day.
We also dive deep into the world of how anyone can win at the Twitter game. Ryan talks about his story of discovering the power of Twitter spaces and specific things he did to add over 2,000 followers within 2-3 months.
That's all for the convincing that this podcast will 10,000% fire you up and add value to your life.

Goooood morning, afternoon, & evening to all the amazing people taking the time to win with us today. I am forever grateful to you. It's day 211 from my favorite bagel shop in Fort Lauderdale (shoutout to Mitch's).
ok here's the blog:
I had an epiphany this week when I was thinking about the difference between me & some of the most successful athletes, entrepreneurs & creatives I know. I consider myself a pretty confident person but with these guys, it's the biggest gap I feel when around them.
Confidence breeds conviction, conviction breeds belief from others and belief from others to a point of influence for the greater good catapults success. Just my thoughts.
So what is confidence, how can we unlock it, how can we train it, and what can be done to close the gap?

It’s been 30 weeks so I figured why not drop one of these on my main account.
In 20 minutes I share my thoughts on
- Why we all are part of the most powerful generation
- My biggest mistake in the last 12 months (and how to avoid it)
- Keys to social awareness and how to notice or find who really wants what’s best for you
I spent the last year doing nothing but my business, no plan B, no side hustle, just me, taking it one day at a time.
I made some major mistakes, experienced levels of massive success and learned more about myself in this last 12 months than the previous 21 years combined
This episode showcases some of what I’ve taken from that experience, but it’s mostly about highlighting the insane opportunity we all have in front of us to choose our life & not have it chosen for us.
Enjoy.
Welcome back lovely people, short unscripted & uncut podcast this week from your favorite creatively ambitious host. Today I'm providing a detailed insight into struggles I have had over the last 12 months, what I have learned from them, and how anyone who relates can overcome this adversity.

"Opportunity Awaits"
Hello to all of the amazing, ambitiously creative, people who are taking an hour out of this beautiful week, to surround themselves with winners.
My name is Jack Hayes (still) & this week I am so stoked to bring you the inspiring story of Bali-based entrepreneur Simon Thomsen.
Simon shares his personal journey, including his struggles with drugs at a young age, and emphasizes the importance of establishing routines and being in tune with oneself. He also talks about his natural path to becoming a personal trainer and launching his online coaching business. Simon's message is about the importance of mindset and building a strong foundation in order to achieve success in any area of life.
One of my favorite themes in this episode & something we can all learn a lot from Simon is his approach towards success. He focuses on how certain people, places & experiences make him feel, & not so much what they look like. Patience is practical & stacking the small wins is important.
Thank you so much for listening, please like, subscribe & rate the show if you plan to join us once again next week.

It's Week 14. Day 92. I just got back from a little business trip out west where I got to meet up with my partners Dylan Washkowiak & Braxton Kilgo. I first connected with Dylan 3 years ago, via a cold call.... to which I more or less ignored/denied/tried to get off as soon as I could. Little did I know, although I didn't buy it would turn into a lifelong friendship, being introduced to his mentor Braxton who has quietly built multiple 6 figure brands himself, & now in the present day ultimately working together to simplify the way people can go about organic client acquisitionThis week we focus on Cloud 9 Acquisition (https://www.digicastmarketing.com/), which helps high-ticket B2B service providers generate consistent lead flow on LinkedIn and build high-performing appointment-setting teams. We discuss the importance of personalization and value in approaching potential clients on social media platforms, as well as the need for commitment and skill-building in the industry of sales. A key point of emphasis is the importance of having a growth mindset, being adaptable, and building strong relationships in business and in life. We close it out, with a discussion about personal development and the importance of brainwashing yourself to achieve your goals.Make sure to connect with my amazing guests here & be on the lookout for part 2 later this week... because why notDylan's business [00:00:39] LinkedIn's advantages [00:01:51] Why LinkedIn stands out [00:03:07] LinkedIn's data points [00:05:14]Quality of LinkedIn connections [00:06:41] Innovation of LinkedIn product [00:08:17] Lead Generation Gap [00:08:28] Powerful Feature on LinkedIn [00:10:13}Personalized Conversations [00:11:41] Learning Gap in Business [00:14:21] Client Acquisition [00:15:02] LinkedIn Lead Generation [00:15:59] Ideal Business for LinkedIn [00:18:29]Standout Feature of Program [00:20:18] Approaching high-level people on social media [00:23:25] The importance of paying attention to small details [00:24:06] Applying the same principles to any platform [00:25:49] The value of client acquisition and learning sales [00:28:36]Skepticism in the B2B space [00:30:13] Staying ahead of the curve [00:33:22] Delivering the best experience [00:35:25] Consistently showing up [00:37:07] Relationship building and low attachment mindset [00:38:04]Small wins in messaging [00:41:20]Importance of being a connector [00:42:24] Discovery call example [00:44:12] Building relationships and adding value [00:45:40] Long-term game and disassociating from the negative context of sales [00:51:11] Reason for getting involved with sales [00:52:42] Sales and Music [00:53:03] Trying New Things [00:56:13] Advice for Entrepreneurs [00:58:34]Goals and Instincts [01:05:14] Bob Proctor [01:06:22]

Chase talks about his background, including being born in South Florida, going to NSU on an academic scholarship, and pursuing a real estate development master's program. We discuss the importance of putting oneself in positions of opportunity and being around people who are doing what you want to do. Good Morning! Lendell Buckner is an online fitness coach from Chicago Illinois that has seen the darkest days & experienced the lowest levels of a fitness journey, as well as the abosulte best and brightest.
Now he is on a mission to help others that are also where he once was, elevate to his current level. A major value point for a majority of his clients is that he has BEEN THERE.
Not only do we talk about the importance relatibility in trying to sell anything, build a brand, etc. but also the myth of oversaturation in the online fitness space, & small things anyone can do with minimal effort to drastically improve their life.
A big theme in today's episode is to GET MOVIN!
So many people out there think fitness is this complicated thing that takes so much time & commitment
It's not.....
it is right now because your eating the oreos, potato chips & ice cream instead of the protien cookies, Halo Top (Protein ice cream) & protein chips. (Yes they actually exist)
And as we will discuss, exercise is important but the key is to BUILD MOMENTUM
If you walk once a day, start going twice, improve your eating & do it for a week, see how you feel.
The next week walk 3 days & go to the gym twice, eat right 70% of the time
NOW YOUR MOVIN!
