Marshall Block is an award-winning music producer. His success in the music industry started as a side hustle while pursuing his master’s degree in biology. Discover how he launched the production company Real II Reel Productions. Marshall continues to usher in the next generation of artists and producers through his involvement in the organization, Dare to Dream.
Nils Hartmann was born in Germany and moved around most of Europe and North America, usually in a new home for 6 months at a time. Eventually his family settled in Rochester Michigan where he attended and graduated college as a Mechanical Engineer. But Nils was not a 9-5 guy. He liked exploring and had a thirst for challenge. He began to enter race car events for armatures to fill the void of adventure. Like any forward-thinking visionary, Nils saw problems with the current systems and a way he could improve it. He started off by creating his own race car events and hosting them for his friends. Word spread and the demand grew. Anyone, from stay-at-home moms to retirees, to professional race car drivers were reaching out to Nils to get tickets to his events. Nils took the leap and launched his own company in 2017 called Summer Track Days. The company now has over 600 members and has expanded to racetracks across the state of Michigan.

Alan Turner’s love of country music began at a young age when his father gave him an old vinyl record of Kenny Roger’s The Gambler. From that moment on, Alan Turner set out on a country journey and never looked back.
