I am a firm believer in doing too much or trying to achieve too much. In this episode I discuss how doing too much on YouTube and social media platforms in general, can sometimes lead to burning out or even bad mental health.

When it comes to creating content, we are always trying to create enough content to reach all of our audience types: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.

I wanted to shed some light on the fact that it is okay to take a step back and revaluate your 'baskets' or where your energy is going. For myself, I am going to stop uploading to TikTok due to the horrible mentality over there and constantly feeling like I am being personally attacked instead of people watching my content for the value I bring.

Now, because I am stopping TikTok that means I get to put that extra 20% effort every week into my other content. Which is a great thing!
