In this week’s episode, I’m going to share more about how I received my diagnosis. I will also explore various aspects of bipolar disorder such as the symptoms, types, and appropriate treatment plans. This episode is by no means a substitute for treatment, it is merely for educational purposes. If you need help, try to seek counsel from a professional (therapist, psychologist, or psychiatrist).
