Where are we going?

Take Off
There is excitement in the air when you realise you are about to take off, one step further on in the adventure.
In John 1, Jesus says to Nathanael, a follower of Jesus, ‘You will see greater things than that’ (John 1:50). Nathanael has already seen Jesus’ power outworked, but Jesus says that Nathanael will see more, much more of who Jesus is and what Jesus came to do.
Session Three
• What has already happened in your life where you have seen Jesus at work?
• What has Jesus revealed about Himself to you so far in your journey of faith?

Where are we now?

Departures
There is a sense of calmness when you reach the departure lounge. You have made it through baggage drop-off and security. It’s time to look at what is going on around you, before walking to the gate to board the plane. There is a moment of pause and reflection.
Session Two
Taking the question, ‘Where are we now?’ and making that into a personal question of, ‘Where am I now?’, we will look at Jesus’ invitation to:
• Follow Him
• See what He has done
• See how our lives can be changed if we repent and believe in Jesus

Where have we been?

Arrivals
Stepping into the bustling environment of an airport arrivals can be an overwhelming experience.
A little pre-arrival preparation can go a long way to ensure a seamless start to the next part of the adventure.
Before we journey onward as a church, we’re going to think about where we have come from, starting at the beginning.
John 1:1 reads, “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.”
Session One
It all begins with Jesus:
• Who is He?
• Why did He dwell amongst us?
• What did He do?
