Can walking be a spiritual practice? It's NOT a silly question. A spiritual practice can be defined as any regular and intentional activity that establishes, develops and nourishes a personal relationship with Jesus in which we allow ourselves to be transformed. Perhaps your spiritual practice looks different to mine and that's ok. Whatever draws you closer to your Creator, that helps you to grow, that could be a place of deep connection, communion and intimacy with the Father.
