In this episode I wanted to reflect on the beautiful energy within and following my last recording with my Mother and how it’s affected my life spiritually, mentally, emotionally, and the way I parent my child. Often times we forget, or choose not to remember how hurt we were as children and honoring that now in our adulthood. These forms of healing, reconnecting, and re-parenting our inner child are just some of the many ways that we can activate our God given gifts and abilities. I get asked often on how to activate psychic or mediumship abilities and it all circles back to our healing, our conscious awareness, our intention behind our energy. Healing is the key, love, joy, abundance, peace, is the key! We all have them but they do come at a cost, the cost being, Choosing Yourself. Choosing the way you want to live your life with joy and abundance along with those days that aren’t so great but knowing you can always trust in your Highest Divine Self to see you through.

Some of you may know me as Sheryl (my government name) or Soul (my clubhouse name).😆 I am one in the same. I started my insta page after coming out of my spirituality closet and being led to start a podcast to share the journey and to have guests on to do the same. It has been amazing, it led me to depths of my Soul that I did not know would happen from just having a podcast. Aka led me to doing some deep shadow work, inner child healing work, loving on myself, knowing thyself, and just embracing the shit out of all of who and what I am!!🙌🏽

I started to share more of the journey not only on my podcast but also on my page, one thing that stuck out with the psychic/medium readings, tarot readings, etc. that led me to my reawakening, was that I was told I was and am a Healer (as were my ancestors) and something about this ability from my adolescence and up until now, where I could speak in tongues aka Light Language.✨

I’m going to be sharing more on that in this episode, yes I know I took another Hiatus from the podcast but it was much needed and shared in detail on this episode.

This is season 1, episode 8, and my 2nd solo episode since starting my podcast back in January. I took a few weeks from posting an episode because I was going through some triggering times but in all reality it was a time of self reflection. Inevitably, self-doubt started to creep in, but I got to work as soon as I realized what was happening. This experience led me back to my inner child, little Sheryl. I share my first experience setting the intention to connect with her. I had been ignoring her and not realizing that she was still screaming for attention and love from everywhere but herself. On this episode I get quite emotional but also continuing the healing work that was so needed. I’m not only crying, but laughing, rejoicing, and cussin’ like a sailor from time to time. As spiritual as they come, I also share other experiences I had during those couple of weeks from discernment, channeling Lemurian Light Language, and connecting with my Star Family. This one’s a tear jerker, so empaths beware...haha jk but it’s just a real authentic, vulnerable, story telling experience of my healing and self love journey.
