Please say No to the 35 Trillion dollar package. This is going to bankrupt our country & there is nothing in this worthy of bankrupting our nation, our families and our children.

Please say No to the 1 Trillion in "Infrastructure." This is anything but infrastructure. It is the Green New Deal & other sneaky things including strengthening the IRS. The answer should be NO.

Please say No to the increasing of the Debt Ceiling. If I am maxed out on credit cards, I call and get a credit limit increase and I then do not make any changes to my income or way that I spend, I end up in even bigger trouble than I was already in...this is the same concept. It wouldn't make sense in our family budget & it doesn't make sense in our nations budget either.

Please say No to the continuing resolutions. These are grab bags of spending including amnesty and many other things.
I realize they are going to go about it like the sky is falling. Be Smarter! They need us. Please stand up for what is right even when, especially when it is tough. They never back down. We always back down. Please stop doing that. Please learn to play the same game with the same fierceness that they play the game with.

Life is so hard at times. We need to properly care for others, and ourselves but there are so many traps that we could very easily fall into. One trap is the "self-love" delusion that this world seems to be adapting to more and more including in some churches. The Bible has actually made it quite clear that we are not to focus on self and I hope to be able to share and explain that in this episode.

There is just so much to talk about but I did my very best to keep this one a little more brief than they have been recently. Let's get right into the border mess, COVID, Afghanistan mess & a Miley mess...Good grief we are a mess!!!!!
NOT MEDICAL ADVISEbut the COVID over the counter regime referred to and mostly used during my COVID experience was Aspirin 81mg, Zinc, Vitamin C, B-Complex, Vitamin D, Melatonin (6-10mg 30 minutes before bedtime), Pepcid (20 mg twice daily), Zyrtec (20 mg daily) and Flonase.
Dr. Zalenko's recommendations which are endorsed by America's Frontline Doctors are as follows for Prophylaxis (to prevent - - we should all be taking now to avoid)
Vitamin D3 5000IU 125 mg daily
Vitamin C 1000 mg daily
Zinc 25-50 mg, daily
HCQ 200 mg, 5 days, then 200-400 mg weekly (prescription needed - which they will write through a telehealth for you) OR the over the counter alternative is Quercetin 500mg daily (I had to order this online as I could not find it in CVS/Kroger or anywhere else I have been)
For treatment once COVID + is:
Vitamine D3 10000IU 250 mg daily for 7 days
Vitamin C 1000mg for 7 days
Zinc 50-100 mg for 7 days
HCQ 200mg, 2x daily 5-7 days (prescription needed) OR the over the counter alternative is Quercetin 500mg, 3x daily for 7 days

Each step we take is important...lets make positive steps
A week I wish we had not had....a week that has changed us forever and I fear we haven't seen the worst of it yet. There are no segments, it is just me speaking from my heart going over news headlines the best I can. There were technical blunders but I'm rolling with it.
For an honest view of what is happening in Afghanistan please follow @laralogan The tweet that I meant to read and got distracted from is this: With cries for help from Kabul ringing in your ears, Americans frustrated/furious because we're blocking our citizens/green card holders etc it's painful to hear the alternate reality at these press conferences. Same for false distinctions between these terrorists groups. Those pushing these lies will go down as the most despicable in history. But they deserve worse for what they're doing.
That was too important to not refer to. Please follow her. She is reliable & has excellent sources. I fear for her safety actually, that is how excellent her sourcing is & how honest she is.
