To gain peace in your life you canโt be the you that that felt unheard and is now silent. Not the you that felt unloved and now hurts others & not the you that got hurt and is now fearful of vulnerability. If you really want to make a change you must learn who you are, unlearn patterns and take accountability for your actions while also not hold onto the projections people and society have placed onto you.
