PBKS vs SRH, 28th Match IPL 2022.
Although the head-to-head record paints the picture in Sunrisers Hyderabad’s favor, Punjab Kings might have a little edge over their opponents in this contest. Punjab are a revamped side this season and their batting prowess hasn’t been hard to miss. If the likes of Mayank, Dhawan, Bairstow and Livingstone get in their groove, the Sunrisers’ bowlers will have an extremely difficult task on their hands. PBKS are favourites to win this game.
Find out why in our SRH vs PBKS prediction analysis.
DC vs RCB, 27th Match IPL 2022.
This fixture between Delhi Capitals and Royal Challengers Bangalore will be played at Wankhede Stadium. This means the toss could be crucial with the dew around. So far in the season, four out of five matches played here have been won by the team batting second. Having said that, Royal Challengers Bangalore have a better balance to their side compared to Delhi Capitals, who lack bowling and batting depth. Harshal Patel’s return further strengthens the men in red and gold. Expect Royal Challengers Bangalore to come out on top. It’s been neck to neck in recent times between RCB and DC.
Check out RCB vs DC prediction to understand the rivalry.
MI vs LSG, 26th Match IPL 2022.
Although Lucknow Super Giants have won three matches, they lack firepower in the middle order. With this being an afternoon fixture, their seam bowling attack might not be as effective. Mumbai Indians, especially their batting, have looked good in patches and have lost key moments. Despite the disastrous start, this is the fixture that can suit Mumbai Indians. Expect them to tweak their playing XI a bit and finally open their account on the points table.
SRH vs KKR, 25th Match IPL 2022.
Kolkata Knight Riders are the overwhelming favourites to win this encounter. They have looked like a pretty decent side in both the bowling and batting departments and several players have taken up responsibilities. Their chemistry is also better than Sunrisers Hyderabad and it wouldn’t be surprising to see Kolkata Knight Riders make it six wins in a row against Sunrisers Hyderabad.

RR vs GT, 24th Match IPL 2022
This match is expected to be the clash of the titans. Both sides have been in top form this season and have some quality players at their disposal. While Rajasthan Royals are a well-rounded side but can be prone to low moments sometimes, Gujarat Titans will be led by their fearsome bowling unit. Ultimately, the match could boil down to who seizes the opportunity better. Gujarat Titans are favorites to win against Rajasthan.
MI vs PBKS, 23rd Match IPL 2022
Punjab Kings will be expected to register another win here. Mumbai Indians have been far from their best and have over-relied on a few individuals which haven’t worked in their favour. PBKS, meanwhile, have seen several players stepping up and delivering on their responsibilities. They will be disappointed by the manner in which they lost their last game and will be desperate to pick up all two points here.
Head to our MI vs PBKS Prediction analysis loaded with stats.
CSK vs RCB, 22nd Match IPL 2022.
Chennai Super Kings have been extremely underwhelming this year. They just haven’t managed to click as a team and it has been a difficult start to life for Ravindra Jadeja as an IPL captain. Royal Challengers Bangalore, meanwhile, are flying at the moment with three wins on the trot and look like a pretty well-rounded side. They will be the favourites to win here.
Sunrisers Hyderabad vs Gujarat Titans, 21st Match IPL 2022?
Gujarat Titans are the overwhelming favourites to win this encounter. Titans have looked a splendid side in both the bowling and batting departments and several players have taken up responsibilities. Their chemistry is also better than Sunrisers Hyderabad and it wouldn’t be surprising to see Gujarat Titans make it four out of four to begin their IPL history.
KKR vs DC, 19th Match IPL 2022. Kolkata Knight Riders have been on a roll this season and they’ve seen some top-class performances from Umesh Yadav, Andre Russell and Pat Cummins. The side will be hoping that some of the other team members who haven’t contributed so far also take responsibility in this game. They will be the favourites to pick up a win here.
Meanwhile, Delhi Capitals will need to go back to the drawing board and assess things. The approach from the middle-order looked pedestrian in the last match and the pyrotechnics that are expected to come off Rishabh Pant’s bat have slowed down.
RR vs LSG, 20th Match IPL 2022. Both sides have had their fair share of brilliant moments and have been among the better teams in the IPL this season. They’ve been in great form and this could prove to be an interesting encounter. Ultimately, this match will boil down to which side takes their chances better.
RCB vs MI, 18th Match IPL 2022. Mumbai Indians might have the head-to-head advantage against Royal Challengers Bangalore, but they will be under intense pressure in this encounter. RCB have been a much better side on the basis of form and they will be the favourites to pick up another win here.
CSK vs SRH, 17th Match IPL 2022. Both Chennai Super Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad have had their fair share of issues this year. However, CSK are expected to win this contest against SRH. Although SRH did well to take the game deep against LSG in the previous match, they still look weak in certain departments and it wouldn’t be surprising to see CSK edge past them and pick up their first win here.
PBKS vs GT, 16th Match IPL 2022. It’s difficult to predict the result of this clash as both sides have been quite impressive so far. Punjab Kings have gone all guns blazing with a fiery batting order. However, the issue with them is that the batters try to go hard too early and there’s nobody left to lead the charge in the death overs following dismissals. PBKS have also assembled a strong bowling unit.
Gujarat Titans, meanwhile, have one of the best bowling combinations in the league. In Lockie Ferguson and Mohammed Shami, they have pace, precision, swinging ability as well as composure. Captain Hardik Pandya has also been touching 140s while bowling which is good news for India fans. They also have a decent batting unit.
Lucknow Super Giants vs Delhi Capitals, 15th Match IPL 2022. We expect Lucknow Super Gaints to have a minor advantage. LSG are slowly but surely finding their footing in the tournament. Their batting unit consists of some amazing players and even the likes of Deepak Hooda and Ayush Badoni have done well in the middle order. Avesh Khan has led the pace unit extremely well for his side.
Delhi Capitals’ bowling unit has regressed compared to the previous years. They haven’t been able to get regular breakthroughs. The DC top order also looks weaker this time around and it would take important contributions from Prithvi Shaw and Rishabh Pant to secure the batting lineup.
Rajasthan Royals vs Royal Challengers Bangalore, 13th Match IPL 2022. Although RCB have won all of their last four matches against RR, they are a completely different side this time around. Rajasthan have strengthened several key areas during the mega auction and it is visible in their on-field performances. RCB will be the favourites to pick up another win here.
Kolkata Knight Riders vs Mumbai Indians, 14th Match IPL 2022. Although KKR have an extremely poor head-to-head record against MI, on the basis of form and quality, they are expected to hold the advantage this time around. The two-time IPL champions have found a proper balance and several players have stepped up to take responsibilities. MI, on the other hand, have struggled on both the batting as well as bowling fronts and need changes.
Who will win today’s match – Sunrisers Hyderabad vs Lucknow Super Giants, 12th Match IPL 2022? Lucknow Super Giants will be high on confidence following their heist against CSK in the last match. They overcame adversity extremely well and are better placed to win the match. SRH, meanwhile, need improvement across all frontiers in order to become a competitive side.
Chennai Super Kings vs Punjab Kings, 11th Match IPL 2022 – Who Will Win Today’s Match?
The return of Moeen Ali proved to be a blessing for Chennai Super Kings. He slotted into the XI perfectly and provided a lot of balance. However, there were questions asked of the bowling unit that the team went with in the previous match. It eventually cost them the game and changes are expected on that front.
Punjab Kings will depend heavily on their openers Mayank Agarwal and Shikhar Dhawan who are expected to form a phenomenal partnership. They aren’t short of explosive hitters in the middle orders and have a fabulous fast bowler in Kagiso Rabada. Rahul Chahar is expected to lead the spin department.
Gujarat Titans vs Delhi Capitals, 10th Match IPL 2022 – Who Will Win Today’s Match?
DC have plenty of experience and although the bowling unit looks weaker this year compared to previous years, they are strong in other departments and will be high on confidence following their sensational last-gasp victory against Mumbai Indians. It’s still too early to make a fair assessment of the Gujarat Titans side yet but they showed plenty of positives in their opening encounter and would love to make a statement here.
Mumbai Indians vs Rajasthan Royals, 9th Match IPL 2022Rajasthan Royals might have the upper hand heading into this encounter. Their fantastic victory against Sunrisers Hyderabad in the opening match is bound to boost their morale. RR also have more in-form players compared to Mumbai Indians. MI will be expected to bounce back in this fixture but they have a tough challenge waiting for them.
Kolkata Knight Riders vs Punjab Kings, 8th Match IPL 2022
This might be a difficult result to call. KKR might have the historical advantage over PBKS, but on paper, PBKS have a better squad. Both sides seemed to be in fine touch in their respective opening matches. It might essentially come down to which team seizes the occasion better.
Lucknow Super Giants vs Chennai Super Kings, 7th Match IPL 2022 – Who Will Win Today’s Match?
Chennai Super Kings are expected to come out on top in this encounter against Lucknow Super Giants. LSG, as a side, still look pretty raw and the chemistry is lacking between the players. They didn’t put a strong enough show with either the bat or the ball in the first match. Although CSK lost the season opener against KKR, they will be expected to bounce back stronger here.
Royal Challengers Bangalore vs Kolkata Knight Riders, 6th Match IPL 2022 - Despite putting in a fantastic shift with the bat, RCB weren’t able to capitalize because of poor performances with the ball. Meanwhile, KKR’s bowling unit wasn’t tested because of CSK’s dismal batting. Therefore, the side who bowls better in this match will come out on top. Kolkata Knight Riders might have a minor advantage because of tight eight overs in the middle that they get out of Sunil Narine and Varun Chakravarthy.
Sunrisers Hyderabad vs Rajasthan Royals, 5th Match IPL 2022 - Sunrisers Hyderabad and Rajasthan Royals have been extremely inconsistent lately. Both the teams can go from high to low pretty quick. With that being said, Rajasthan Royals might have a minor advantage heading into this match because their squad looks better on paper. It will be interesting to see how captain Sanju Samson utilizes the tools at his disposal this season.
Gujarat Titans vs Lucknow Super Giants, 4th Match IPL 2022
Given that we’ve seen very little of both sides on the field so far, it’s hard to accurately predict who will come out on top in this encounter. Quality on paper doesn’t necessarily translate to success on the field. With that being said, Lucknow Super Giants appear to be more well-rounded of the two sides. They have a strong Indian core of players who are well familiar with the league and are expected to take charge of crucial situations.
Punjab Kings will clash with Royal Challengers Bangalore in the third match of IPL 2022 at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai. Both Punjab Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore haven’t won and IPL title and they’d love to end the drought this season.
Chennai Super Kings will be up against Kolkata Knight Riders in the first match of IPL 2022 at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. The two sides also contested the final of IPL 2021 where Chennai Super Kings defeated Kolkata Knight Riders to win their fourth Indian Premier League title.
Its the repeat of the IPL 2021 final, CSK vs KKR 1st Match IPL 2022
The suspension of the IPL 2021 follows several positive Covid-19 cases across teams since Sunday. BCCI Vice-President Rajeev Shukla and IPL chairman Brijesh Patel confirmed the decision.

Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) are exactly at contrasting ends of the spectrum on the points table. It’s been hard work on the Chepauk track and both Punjab Kings (PBKS) and Mumbai Indians (MI) have found that out first hand. While Mumbai have a win-loss record of 2-2, Punjab lost their only game that they played at this venue in this 2021 season. Both sides are coming off a loss and will be looking to bounce back.
Punjab seem a bit lost and are looking completely out of sorts. The KL Rahul-led side have lost three on the bounce and it could’ve well been four on the trot if not for those last two overs from Riley Meredith and Arshdeep Singh against Rajasthan Royals (RR) in their opening encounter. Since then, their batting has flopped twice – scoring 106/8 against Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and 120 allout against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH).
