After going from financial advisor to senior software engineer to trauma-informed money coach, speaker, and podcast host, Helena uses her personal journey to create experiential, transformational events that combine various modalities, scientific concepts, imagination, and play. Now, as the Founder of SISU Journey, she helps creators resource all the parts of themselves to create a brand that’s as unique as their fingerprint.
