The University of Nebraska Public Policy Center, The National Drought Mitigation Center, The High Plains Regional Climate Center & the National Integrated Drought Information System created a Drought THIRA toolkit to help prepare communities for drought. This toolkit was unveiled via live webinar on November 29, 2018.
