We are pioneering a structure of church that has a dual operating system: 1) The churches - networks of people, independently being church in autonomous missional communities or house churches led by The Leadership Collective. 2) The Service Platform - a functional service platform workgroup that vocationally serves the churches in the ever-changing needs they might have. Over time, we hope to have multiple groupings within the network of churches. Follow us to learn more as we go....
Life has these difficult places where we feel lost, uncomfortable or we feel we’ve lost ourself, our purpose, our plot. Our life as worshipping, missionary disciples often launches us into these places. Don’t give up - they are a part of your missionary journey. In this talk, learn what a liminal place is, how these places benefit us, and how to embrace this place, which is called a liminal place.

There are 3 types of personalities when people get lost. There are those who get lost and refuse to admit they are lost. There are those who know they are lost but are intent that they won't be lost for long and will figure it out very soon. Then there are those who are lost, know it, and aren't afraid to admit it!
It is not too different when trying to understand where people are in their spiritual journey. This equipping helps us understand more about where our friends, neighbours, and loved ones may be on their spiritual journey and the 5 thresholds necessary for people to cross to go from being lost to being found.
