On today's episode I am going to talk about work.
It’s really important to understand how work relates to God. That’s because, for one simple reason, you spend most of your life doing it. The lion's share of everyday life is dedicated to labor. And so for the Christian it’s important to understand how you and your work relate to God.
Obedience is important to understanding what it means to live a flourishing life as a human. Nothing else in the Christian life will make sense unless you obediently follow King Jesus. You will be planing against the grain if you live in disobedience to the teachings of Jesus and to the design of God. So as I go on in this podcast and tease out some more themes from Genesis 1-3 if you don’t earnestly desire to take up your human responsibility to be obedient to God, then everything else will crumble.
