5 years ago I walked away from a comfortable executive position to start a business of my own.
I was in love with coaching, but I had no idea how to build a coaching business, much less build a business online.
My business story isn’t the typical fairy tale story of success.
It’s filled with trials and tribulations.
It’s marked with self-doubt, insecurities, fears, and anxiety but also joy, excitement, and infinite gratitude.
Getting to the 5-year mark wasn’t easy for me. I considered quitting countless times, I became distracted with shiny objects that led nowhere and spent many nights questioning everything about myself.
But here I am. 5 years later, alive and kicking and with plenty of lessons that can help you in your journey as a business owner.
This is my story.

I've been asked over and over, how can someone begin the Untethering Process? How do I start doing business on my terms?
In Untethered Momentum I go through a nine-step process to help my clients free themselves from the heaviness and shoulds of doing business.
However, the work doesn't stop there. Untethering requires a profound shift in how we view life, business, and the world in general because, in essence, it means breaking up with the rules and creating your own path.
So I thought of developing a series of Untethering Principles to guide you in the untethering process.
Principle #1: UNTETHER TIME
In this episode, we will dive deep into two dimensions by which time is measured and how we can free ourselves from the restrictions of time so that we can build a more fulfilling and abundant business.

We all have a voice inside of us... a very annoying one that reminds us how we are one step away from messing up. Ever heard it?It's the one that worries about what your family is going to say if you fail. It's the one that wonders what will happen if things don't work out this time, and even questions if it will ever work out. It's the voice that pushes you to do more, show up more, prove to others that you are not wrong, not crazy, not mistaken. It's the voice that worries about the past. The one that wonders if it was a good idea to leave that comfortable job, to chase this crazy idea of yours of wanting to change the world. These voice speaks from your past, and it highly influences the decisions you make, the risks you take, and the perception of yourself as a solopreneur. In Quantum Human Design, this voice shows up in Gate 44, Known as the Gate of Truth, and the sun happens to be transiting this energy as we speak, so I am sure that it's going to show up in your reality in one way or another. I spent thousands of dollars in certifications, private coaching, group coaching, trainings, etc.... And 20+ certifications later... I still felt inadequate!
