China is in a recession after coming out of the pande and the housing market is in freefall. China doesn't seem to care, as it continues to go on a smashing spree of its own companies, starting with Alibaba, Ant Group, and other tech companies in 2020, and more recently the booming tutoring and gaming industries. Is China investable?

For over forty years, Silicon Valley Bank $SIVB have given preferential treatment to tech startups and local wineries in the form of unsecured lines of credit, funding for their startups, and connections to billionaire elites. But when the bank's bad investments (investing in long term debt with short term money) led to insolvency, billionaires and VC's took to Twitter and begged for a bailout, in the name of protecting the mom and pop shop and everyday Americans.
