On September 10, 2025, America witnessed a tragedy that shook the foundations of our nation. Charlie Kirk, a husband, a father of two young children, and the founder of Turning Point USA, was assassinated while speaking at Utah Valley University.
He was not taken by accident or illness. He was silenced by hatred, by violence, by those who could not bear the truth he spoke.
Charlie Kirk’s life was marked by an unashamed witness for Christ, his devotion to the Word of God, and his unyielding defense of America’s founding principles. That is why his death was not merely political. It was spiritual. Charlie died a martyr’s death.
Scripture reminds us: “Be faithful unto death, and I will give you the crown of life” (Revelation 2:10). I believe Charlie has received that crown. And I believe it is time for America to honor his life and witness in a way that will not be forgotten.
A Statue in the Capitol Rotunda
The U.S. Capitol honors many kinds of leaders—presidents, generals, inventors, and civil rights champions. But it has never enshrined America’s modern Christian martyrs.
That is why I have drafted the Charlie Kirk Memorial Resolution, a proposed measure that would direct the Architect of the Capitol to commission a statue of Charlie Kirk for the Capitol Rotunda.
Placing his statue there—beneath the great dome where millions pass each year—would proclaim a simple but powerful truth: you cannot silence God’s truth with a bullet.
Why It Matters
Critics will say this is political. But if assassins may kill men of faith and leave their memory to be erased, then what message does that send?
The Supreme Court itself is engraved with the Ten Commandments. The Capitol already includes statues of missionaries like Father Damien and Junípero Serra. Honoring Charlie Kirk does not violate “church and state”—it affirms that America respects those who live and die for truth.
To memorialize Charlie in the Rotunda is to remind every Member of Congress who walks those halls: your words matter, your hatred has consequences, but truth will never be silenced.

While the media obsess over Trump’s bombing of Iran’s nuclear facilities, the Supreme Court just handed down a devastating blow to one of the Left’s most powerful legal tools: the nationwide injunction.
It’s not flashy. It’s unlikely to spark protests in the streets. But if you care about executive authority — especially a future President Trump’s ability to act swiftly and boldly — this ruling is a game-changer.
And yes, it just gave new life to Trump’s challenge of birthright citizenship.
⚖️ The Case (and the Win)
Here’s what happened:
Trump issued an executive order in January to clarify that children born in the U.S. to illegal aliens or temporary visa holders are not automatically U.S. citizens — a direct challenge to the prevailing interpretation of the 14th Amendment.
Predictably, left-wing legal groups sued. And, as usual, a federal judge tried to block Trump’s order nationwide — preventing it from taking effect anywhere, for anyone.
But now, the Supreme Court says:
Enough. One judge can’t freeze federal policy for 330 million Americans.
In short, the Court ruled that nationwide injunctions are unconstitutional, unless Congress specifically authorizes them (which is rare). Judges can still halt a policy — but only for the actual parties involved in the case.
That means Trump’s executive order remains in effect — unless someone directly impacted challenges it through a proper lawsuit.
🧨 Why This Matters (Far Beyond Birthright Citizenship)
This isn’t just about immigration. This ruling shakes the foundation of how leftist legal groups have weaponized the courts:

One judge in San Francisco could block military policy across all 50 states.

One judge in New York could halt federal abortion rules in Florida or Texas.
-
One judge in Seattle could shut down energy production in West Virginia.
That’s over. The “resistance judge” era is ending.
Now, if someone wants to stop a Trump policy, they’ll need:

An actual client who's harmed,
-
A legitimate case,
-
A ruling that survives appeal.
In other words, they’ll have to play by the Constitution.
🧠 What This Means for Birthright Citizenship
Let’s be clear:
The Court did not rule on whether children of illegal aliens are entitled to citizenship. That fight is still coming.
But the ruling makes one thing very clear:
Trump’s order stands — for now.
And if anyone wants to overturn it, they’ll need a real case with a real plaintiff — not just legal posturing and media press releases.
🔒 A Win for the Constitution, a Win for the Rule of Law
For decades, the Left relied on friendly judges to stop conservative presidents with a single gavel slam.
But with this ruling, the Supreme Court has pulled the plug on judicial overreach, restoring the balance of power.
And for Trump — and anyone hoping for a bold MAGA agenda going forward — it means fewer legal landmines and more room to act.

The road to restoring common sense just got a little clearer.

What an absolute disaster. West Point, Virginia, school board just flushed over half a million dollars of taxpayer money down the toilet to make a woke political statement.
This whole fiasco began when Peter Vlaming, a respected French teacher, had the audacity to actually exercise his First Amendment rights.
His crime?
Refusing to bow down to the progressive gods of gender identity by not using a transgender student's preferred pronouns.
In return, the school board gave him the boot, throwing his constitutional rights out the window like yesterday's news.
Now, the hard-working taxpayers of West Point are left to bear the heavy burden of $575,000 in damages and legal fees, all because a group of educators believed they could impose their ideological agenda on a teacher.
And make no mistake, the real victims here are the good citizens of West Point who now get to foot the bill for this unconstitutional social experiment.
That's right, their hard-earned money is being gambled away in politically charged lawsuits by school boards that play fast and loose with public tax dollars.
And for what?
To make a progressive statement that ignores not just common sense but the very Bill of Rights?
These are the same individuals entrusted with teaching our children about the Constitution, yet they seem to lack a fundamental understanding of free speech.
They're so terrified of anything that could remotely be seen as a church-state violation but have no qualms about torching your tax dollars on a legal dumpster fire, all in the name of enforcing their twisted ideology.
The board tried to make an example out of Vlaming, but in the end, they got burned.
Thanks to the legal team at ADF and Vlaming's lawsuit, the board had to backtrack in the most humiliating way possible, paying hundreds of thousands of dollars and wiping his record clean.
If the citizens of West Point have any good old-fashioned patriotism left, they'll fire this rogue school board and replace a superintendent who's more concerned about making woke statements than respecting constitutional rights.
This isn't just about one teacher; this is about the reckless, out-of-touch leadership that's gambling with the money of moms and pops in the middle of economic disaster.
Enough is enough.
It's time to put education back in the hands of people who defend and respect the First Amendment, not social engineers with deep pockets who worship at the steps of Dr. Frankenstein's altar.

I usually dive into the political and religious battles that define our times, but today I need to put all that aside.
This is about something far more urgent—something that every American, without exception, must be aware of. Consider this your Public Service Announcement.
But unlike most PSAs, this isn’t some boring, run-of-the-mill message you’ll forget by the time you’ve finished reading. No, this is a warning about something that could affect your financial security, your identity, your future—something that’s downright terrifying.
It’s been in the news this past week, but if you blinked, you probably missed it.
Imagine waking up tomorrow to find that every shred of your personal information—your Social Security number, your home address, your phone number, your date of birth—is out there for the world to see. Not just out there, but actively being sold to the highest bidder on the dark web.
That’s not the plot of a dystopian novel. It’s reality, and it’s happening right now.
A cybercriminal gang known as USDoD has pulled off what can only be described as the heist of the century, managing to steal the personal data of nearly 3 billion people. Yes—3 billion people.
That’s nearly half the world’s population. And they’ve done it by cracking open the vault of National Public Data, a company that’s supposed to keep your information safe. Instead, they’ve made it a prime target for hackers who want to sell your life to the highest bidder.
Now, I know what you’re thinking—this sounds too big, too crazy to be true. But let me tell you, this is as real as it gets.
According to cybersecurity experts who’ve analyzed the data, this breach includes Social Security numbers, addresses, phone numbers, and more. It’s the whole kit and caboodle.
And while some experts are saying that the number of people actually affected might be smaller, the fact remains that this is a five-alarm fire if ever there was one.
Teresa Murray, a cybersecurity expert, called this breach a “five-alarm wake-up call” for anyone who hasn’t been paying attention. And if this doesn’t wake you up, I don’t know what will.
With this information, criminals can do just about anything. They can hijack your bank account, steal your identity, and even file fraudulent tax returns in your name.
So, what can you do?
First things first, you need to find out if you’re one of the 3 billion unlucky souls whose data has been stolen. There’s a free website you can check. Try it. I did and I was shocked to find my name listed multiple times.
But let’s be real—if you’re counting on a website to tell you if your Social Security number is floating around the dark web, you’re already in trouble.
The best thing you can do is to act now to protect yourself. Freeze your credit files at the three major credit bureaus—Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion.
This will make it much harder for anyone to open a new account in your name. Don’t wait. The criminals sure aren’t.
You should also notify your bank and any other financial institutions you deal with to keep an eye out for any suspicious activity.
This is not the time to be complacent. Change all your passwords, and I mean all of them. And for heaven’s sake, don’t use the same password for multiple accounts. That’s just asking for trouble.
And while you’re at it, think about getting a PIN number from the IRS for filing your taxes. The last thing you want is to find out that someone has already filed a fraudulent tax return in your name.
Look, I know this is scary. It’s terrifying. But it’s also reality.
This is the world we live in now, where your entire life can be stolen and sold to the highest bidder by some faceless hacker on the dark web. But you don’t have to be a victim. You can take steps to protect yourself and your family.
And you should—because if you don’t, no one else will.

ABC News is reporting that Christian Action Network, the sponsor of Shout Out Patriots, is a ‘hate group.’ Who? Us? Can’t we at least have a trial?
Sadly, ABC never called. Or even sent an email! They convicted us without so much as a kangaroo court.
