Sometimes we try to make people what we want them to be when everybody has their own path that they may be walking just give you opinion and let it be what it is a opinion and let the person take from it what they would like

Surround yourself with positive people and so many people that wants to stop you from achieving your goal will give you negative input to try to motivate you to throw in the towel get those people around you that will push you forward they were motivate you hold you down when you’re ready to give up it’s very important to have people around you that believes in you and then know that things are gonna get rough and it’s their job to help motivate you to be the best you you
Sometimes we watch other peoples footsteps and watch them on social media and let the jealousy kick in let the negative vibes take control understand everybody has something they’re going through and life social media makes people shine but everybody has a visible part of their self which They might be dealing with pain mental physical emotional he walk your first steps Jay will be happy to other individuals
Everyone makes mistakes but we have to learn how to learn from mistakes not live by them

We’re so busy blaming everybody else instead of looking in the mirror and focus on our self put that work and we’re trying to accomplish things
We focus so much on the finish line that we don’t celebrate the small steps that were taken to get to the finish line celebrate every movement forward and the steps that’s pushing you back learn from and keep it moving moving
It’s OK to be their ear to listen to problems and issues but we also need positivity brought into our life things this happening also says positive we don’t always need to hear the negative and problems we all have problems even the conversation with a little positivity
Before we move forward from emotion fall back first and think about things to try to avoid for a situation getting worse
No matter what you’re trying to accomplish still put that working relationships job promotion just to have peace
