This week’s episode is a really personal one.
After the Arc Retreat, I had a powerful emotional moment during our closing gong ceremony. At the time, I thought it was just that—an emotional moment. But over the following weeks, it began to open the door to something much deeper.
As I sat with what was moving through me, I started to see a pattern that has quietly been running in the background of my life: the feeling of not enough. Not doing enough. Not being smart enough. Just… not enough.
Recently, my 17-year-old daughter was diagnosed with ADHD. Watching her step into the support she needed—and seeing how much lighter and more confident she became—inspired me to finally get tested myself.
It turns out, I have ADHD too.
This diagnosis(that I just got this week) has helped me understand so much about how I adapted when I was younger and the beliefs I unknowingly built around it. Beliefs that shaped how I saw myself and what I believed I was capable of.
In this episode I share the whole journey—how this realization is unfolding, what it’s bringing up emotionally, and how it’s igniting the next layer of my healing.
It’s raw, honest, and very real. And while it’s been emotional to walk through, I can already feel that something important is shifting.
Sometimes the deepest healing comes when we finally see ourselves clearly.
And that’s exactly what this moment is inviting me into.

Three years ago, God spoke to me as clear as day:
“Large retreat home. Lake Lanier. Third weekend in February, three years in a row.”
I went straight to my computer and typed the words I had just heard.
The very first result that appeared was The Ark: a luxury lakeside retreat home on Lake Lanier, just 45 minutes from Atlanta.
That moment was confirmation.
I didn’t have to question it, I knew this was divine instruction I had received.
And that was the beginning of The Arc Retreat.
This February 2026 marks the third and final year of this divine assignment —
unless, of course, I receive a new message.
The Journey So Far…Year One: The Arc-You are the Bridge
We explored our energy centers, our aura, and the truth that we are both human and divine.
Our heart is the bridge-The Arc-between heaven and earth.
We healed deeply, remembered our power, and activated our DNA. We reclaimed our voices.
Year Two: Open to Receive
We came together with the intention of reconnecting to our divine feminine energy- our receiving side. Through breath, healing, and sisterhood, we softened, opened, and remembered what it means to truly surrender and be open to receive.
As we healed the feminine within, our sacred masculine found balance too. It was a powerful year of restoring harmony, and learning to trust, receive, and let love move through us again.

This week’s episode is different—raw, unplanned, and incredibly powerful.
Right after finishing a deeply moving healing session with my client Avery, we pressed record. What unfolded in that session was so profound, we knew it needed to be shared.
During our work together, I literally became her ego—speaking its fears, judgments, and resistance out loud—while she let it move through her body and released it all. It was a full ego death, and witnessing her shift in real time was powerful and beautiful.
Avery is only 24 years old, but her wisdom, spirit, and outlook on life are something else. As a nurse working in urgent care with cancer patients, she carries so much compassion and light. Her presence is magnetic, and her willingness to do this deep work is truly inspiring.
This episode is a glimpse into what happens when we surrender, when we let the body speak, and when we move through the layers that have been holding us back.
It’s raw. It’s real. And it’s what healing looks like.
This week I’m sharing about my trip to Egypt—what really happened, what moved through me, and the healing that took place.
I talk about my experiences at the temples of Isis, Sekhmet, and Hathor… and the massive energy I felt at each one. But what stood out the most was the deep healing that happened around my masculine energy. It wasn’t what I expected, but it was exactly what I needed.

My first full day in Egypt—and already so much is moving.
In this episode, I’m sharing what it was like to stand before the Great Sphinx—the energy, the stillness, and what I felt in my body being in that powerful portal.
I also talk about how a camel ride totally activated my nervous system, and why that experience turned out to be an unexpected teacher (because of course it did).
We visited a gorgeous essential oil apothecary where the oil I was drawn to completely surprised me. I thought I was reaching for something soft and familiar—but my soul had other plans. This was pure, high-frequency medicine that had something to say.
I also pulled a spontaneous oracle card that dropped in like a divine wink and helped me remember what this trip is really about!
And of course, there’s the sisterhood—already forming, already deepening.
It’s only day one. But the initiations are already here.

6 weeks ago I had a profound 1:1 session with a client. She had been trying to uncover a memory for over 30 years and her soul was finally ready for her to experience deep healing. Based on my recent January experiences, I can confirm that undergoing an ego death involves realizing how my ego sought validation and approval externally. The Abundance of God is my Infinite Source. The River of Life never stops flowing. It flows through me into a lavish expression. Good comes to me through unexpected avenues and God works in a myriad of ways to bless me. I now open my mind to receive my good. Nothing is too good to be true. Nothing is too wonderful to have happened. With God as my Source, Nothing amazes me. I am not burdened by thoughts of the past or future. One is gone. The other is yet to come. By the power of my belief, coupled with my purposeful fearless actions and my deep rapport with God, my future is created and my abundance is made manifest. I ask and accept that I am lifted in this and every moment into Higher Truth. My mind is quiet. Happy Valentines Day! The biggest act of love we can give ourselves and our loved ones is freedom. We hold on to situations/experiences/memories/people as a way to control our desired outcome. But, what if you could allow yourself to let go? In this meditation, I guide you through an exercise of letting go. This can be a huge step in realizing what you are holding onto so tightly and finally, letting go.
I didn't realize this was the message that was going to come through but last night was cooking dinner for my family, I intuitively heard the words "go press record". So, I did and this was a very supportive exercise for me and I hope it is for you too!
