In 2018 I purchased my first home after paying off 50K debt in 2.5 years. At the time I believed this was the right decision but 3 years later I feel like I made a mistake and needed a reset. Getting into real estate wasn't the mistake. No, no, no far from it! But my lack of knowledge and homebuyer mindset lead me to purchasing the wrong type of property. This podcast is to reframe of the 'American Dream', explain what to do once you become a homeowner, but also how to purchase a profit producing property in the U.S, Africa and the Caribbean.
