Hi, I’m Marie – working Mom of 2 young adult kids and one loyal Cockapoo dog, wife to a busy entrepreneur, and author of the Choose Happy affirmation cards.

I too lived that life and I tolerated it for a long time.

What changed was I uncovered ‘the thing’ that allowed me to finally “break through” and I was able to implement healthy habits that make up the foundation of a happy life.

It’s called – self-talk – and, it’s powerful.

Now, my mission is to help women just like me to tap into this ‘thing’ – self-talk – and use it to intentionally create a life where YOU are choosing happy in your everyday living.
