Have you ever felt a rush going through your body when your baby cries? Some of that rush is what we need to be able to emotionally connect to our baby and intuitively nourish, nurture, and love them, but flip side their cry can also be triggering! This feeling of being triggered comes from your past unhealed emotional wounds, its not your baby's fault. The triggering from their cry, may be causing you distressing emotions and scary thoughts. In this episode I will tell you why you feel this way and some tools to use to be able to relieve them!

Postpartum mood and anxiety disorders or PMAD's are often talked about, but not fully explained. In this episode I describe symptoms of each of the PMAD's and their timelines. Often, mamas do not get support they need because they don't even know they have PMAD's.

Also, we dive into how unhealed trauma comes through after having a baby and how that brings on PMAD's, but the good news is, if you heal your trauma, you can relieve your PMAD's.
