2022 has taken a lot from me and given a lot to me - and so I refuse to be a prisoner to my trauma. In my 32 years on earth, I've been through a lot, but I also know what I've been through that I'm not the only one. So, join me on this journey as you get to know me, learn about me, learn from me, and I hope something can help you in your life.

So far there have been a lot of signs happening in my life, and I’ve been paying attention because it’s putting me closer to where I want to be in life. There are times when were so caught up in where we wanna be that we’re not working on the small steps that can help get us there.

In honor of my alma mater's 102 anniversary as the most outstanding girl's school on the island of Trinidad and Tobago, I am releasing this episode. I've been getting many signs to talk about what I think a sister is, as well as talk about my actual sisters (blood, step-, and family that became friends)
