Hopefully this motivated you to do the same because it's time to protect your peace, and your energy and live life on your terms and not inside the device we spend more time holding in our hand than not.

AND... we are BACK babyyy! After months and months of making excuses as to why I thought I couldn't get back into podcasting or why I thought I wasn't ready enough, I stopped succumbing to those limiting beliefs and decided it is time to get back to it.
Today's episode is going to encourage you to live life imperfectly, to embrace the journey of whatever path you are on and enjoy the highs, lows, and everything in between. A perfect life does not exist, so why try to make it perfect? It's just going to lead to constant un-fulfillment and no one wants that. If we keep feeding into this idea of "perfection" then we will slowly rob ourselves of such a quality and enriching life...so, moral of the story, embrace where you are at and focus on the progress you are making for that goal that you have, not perfecting each step of the way.
