This episode is super real, raw and messy — in true Jess fashion, I challenged myself to still upload this first episode even though it’s not perfect. We get into some pretty deep topics in the last question to scratch the surface of some things I’ve experience and overcame in my childhood that have lead me to who I am today and contribute to my approach on parenting my children. I hope you challenge yourself this week to get uncomfortable and celebrate even the smallest win! Thank you so much for taking the time to listen and I’m excited to share more with you!
