In this episode of The Shujaa Fitcast, we speak to Zubeir Amani, a transformational coach and speaker who is passionate about helping people achieve their goals through reconciling mental and emotional blocks. At an early age, Zubeir had an unfortunate experience with excruciating bouts of back pain which led to a long season of expert testing and diagnoses to no avail. This inspired him to take charge of his health through researching other ways to address the back pain. It is at this point that he discovered neuroscience research that linked emotional pain to physical pain. From that point Zubeir undertook a process of reconciling his childhood trauma, which he says was the beginning of healing for him.
