Welcome to another episode of "Lessons We Can Learn From Today," where we dive deep into the minds of those who are shaping our world, one thought at a time.

Michael isn't your average Joe; he's one of my favorite people in Bedford, if not the mo

In this episode,  He takes us behind the curtain of Bedford TV's creative process, offering a unique perspective on how stories are crafted and shared with the world.

But this isn't just about work; it's about life lessons too. Michael shares his journey of learning to set boundaries - a skill that's as crucial in personal relationships as it is in professional ones. It's an enlightening discussion that will make you reassess your own boundaries and perhaps inspire you to redraw them.

This isn't your typical interview; it's more like eavesdropping on a personal conversation between friends (which, let's be honest, is way more fun). So grab your favorite beverage, get comfy, and join us for this heartwarming chat with one of Bedford's finest.

I have always used unloading gems of knowledge from others and using their stories of adversity to help teach lessons, so I thought, why not share my story? The story of me running is filled with car honking, debate speaking, and connecting with people. I even share stories of  bullying, self-loathing that I have kept hidden for so many years out of pride. But just like I share all the good within my life, I also have an obligation to share the bad, in all honestly  that my life has been no fairytale.  I tocuh on dealing with, not for pitty but to allow maybe someone even one person to feel like, they are not alone and there is light at the end of the tunnel. What makes this story also stand out is I have some special people's voices who helped guide me through this journey speaking, so keep an eye, no actually keep an ear out to some guests you will hear.
