Our mission is to educate those interested on topics related to Iran's history within the last 100 years. Our aim is to highlight the many accomplishments of the last monarchs and pave the way for the return of the Pahlavi dynasty back to the homeland.
The tsunami of events that started with the World War 1, and all that followed, set in motion an enormous series of geopolitical shifts in the entire world. In this episode, we cover Russia’s role in the war, the Russian Revolution, The Arminian Genocide, The Romanovs, The Treaty of Versailles, Iranian role in the war, Reza Khan Pahlavi and many other events.

Iran's path through the World War 1 was not an easy one. though she declared neutrality, the turbulence generated by the major forces around, pulled her into the conflict from one side to another.
Iran's journey towards democracy and independence has been a along and tumultuous one. The first steps toward a democratic and free society were taken in the early years of the 20th century. Yet, over 100 years later, the struggle still continues.
You can't talk about Iran's history without discussing Islam. The injection of Islam into Persian culture was always faced with fierce resistance throughout centuries; we are just merely observing one of these battles in our lifetime.
This revolution started the day after the Iranian Monarchy fell to the Islamists who took over Iran. The resistance was very much alive throughout the war with Iraq and beyond. No one expected this to be an overnight revolution.
This marathon revolution, which started many years ago, has now gained a unique momentum with an energy and force like never before. We owe this momentum to the bravery of our women who took the front lines of the recent round of battles in the streets of Iran.
Royals & Rebels was launched in hope of getting people of all backgrounds more involved in the Iranian struggle for freedom and their marathon revolutions. The human rights violations against the Iranian women, men and children have surpassed all thresholds and deserve more attention.
