Undeterred, she transformed the property, self-taught through a Home Depot book, and quickly sold it for a profit.
What started as a survival move turned into a passion for real estate, leading Whitney to explore live-in flipping and house hacking. As she continued to grow her portfolio, Whitney realized the importance of cash flow for financial freedom. Originally from Wisconsin, Kellyn now resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, with her husband. Apart from her professional endeavors, horses hold a significant place in Kellyn's life. She has always loved animals, especially horses, and feels fortunate to own two of them. In fact, she competes with her horses all along the East Coast, which is an exciting bonus for her.
Kellyn's journey has taken a few unexpected turns. While nursing was her lifelong ambition, she faced rejection from multiple nursing schools and finally gained admission during the pandemic. Tragedy struck when she lost her uncle in a plane crash while still in nursing school, prompting her to reflect on the uncertainty of life. It became a turning point for her, questioning if nursing was truly the path to her happiness, considering the demanding schedule and unpredictable nature of the profession. After exploring various nursing positions and feeling unfulfilled, Kellyn learned to say no to opportunities that didn't align with her desires and started pursuing the things she truly wanted to say yes to.

Currently employed in the energy industry with a W-2 job, Vinci brings a diverse background in tech, engineering, and business management. His real estate journey began in 2015 at the age of 23 when he unknowingly embarked on a house hack, renting out rooms to cover his mortgage expenses. It wasn't until later that Vinci discovered the term "house hack" and delved deeper into real estate investing.
After a couple of years, Vinci expanded his investment portfolio to include long-term rentals, starting with properties in Chicago. However, in 2021, he ventured into his own short-term rental business, and that's when things really took off. Vinci's success skyrocketed, earning six figures in just six months. Hey there Freedom Seekers! Introducing Bill Faeth, a retired golf professional turned entrepreneur, as today's guest on the podcast. Bill discovered his passion for business at a young age when he started selling t-shirts out of his mom's 1984 Ford Tempo. Together with five friends, they successfully turned this venture into a $180,000 per year business by selling t-shirts at different high school football games. This early taste of building businesses sparked a deep interest in Bill, leading him to venture into drop shipping in 1993, well before it became a popular trend. After playing on the South American P.J. Tour, Bill discovered a family hand-making sarongs and bikinis, which he began drop shipping.
Bill's entrepreneurial journey continued when he opened Wild Bill's Texas Smokehouse, which transformed into six locations within 18 months. Just seven months later, he successfully sold the business. While Bill has achieved significant success in building multi-million dollar companies, he has always preferred the hands-on approach rather than being a CEO. He thrives on being involved in small businesses and has built a total of 27 startups to date. Currently, he still owns four of them, which he has turned into annuities in collaboration with friends and former players from his coaching days as a college golf coach.
Bill believes in the concept of building annuities as part of his long-term retirement plan, rather than solely focusing on building businesses to sell and exit. S A Grant, who grew up in Brooklyn, New York, found his passion for graphic design through his experiences with graffiti. After earning his graphic design degree, he became an entrepreneur and embarked on a journey to explore other opportunities, obtaining degrees in web design and multimedia.
However, life threw some challenges his way, including a custody battle and a divorce, which he overcame and eventually became a full-time entrepreneur. He worked for various corporations and collected valuable data from their systems. Unfortunately, he suffered a stroke in 2018 due to overworking himself.
But as they say, every cloud has a silver lining. His girlfriend at the time, now wife, encouraged him to brand himself and become a podcaster or YouTuber. S A Grant chose the former and realized that this was the missing element in his career. His podcast became a platform for him to share his insights and inspire others.
