We welcome the immensely talented Yan-Kay Crystal Lowe to the Cafe. While many know her from her iconic role as Rita Haywith-Dorman in the much beloved, Signed, Sealed, Delivered series and movies, she recently made her mark as a director for Hallmark. With Katherine Barrell and Tyler Hynes in the lead roles, Shifting Gears was an impressive debut for Yan-Kay and an immediate hit with viewers. Award-winning composer Jerome Leroy joins us in the cafe to talk about his music scores for three recent Hallmark movies, "A Paris Proposal," "A Very Venice Romance" and "Joyeux Noel." He shares how he created these romantic and musically authentic scores by playing selections from each movie. To top it off, Jerome recounts how he got the job of conducting the studio orchestra on the new Beatles single, "Now and Then."
