Coach Ken talks about the importance of having your circle, trusting God and seeking therapy.

You would much rather simply say yes to everything to keep down confusion, than saying no for your peace of mind. Well this episode speaks to that side of you. It's hard enough being in relationships and now you're navigating the end of the relationship and there is a child(ren) involved. Your feelings are hurt, you want things to go your way and you are not open to seeing it from the other side. The question you should be asking "is this in the best interest of the child"? If at any point, you are truthfully saying I am not considering my child, then you should be doing something else. It makes us feel weird thinking that we should forget what's going on around us and focus on ourselves, but I am here to tell you that in order for you to be good for anyone is for you to choose you always. It is good for your mental and physical health, you make better decisions and the people around you will change because you know your worth and what you will or will not accept. I know it is hard to consider you but it is imperative that you do.
