Thriving in Recovery is dedicated to sharing stories of recovered and thriving individuals to empower others on their own path of recovery. Each week Justin and Bryce dive into a free-form discussion with individuals who are thriving in recovery. We deconstruct what each guest defines recovery as, challenges they are facing, and breakthrough moments in their recovery process. We walk through the tools and routines our guests use for living their best life. This includes everything from techniques, rituals, favorite books, morning routines, exercise habits, time-management tricks and much more.
Welcome back, friends, to another episode of Thriving in Recovery. I’m your host, Bryce, joined by my co-host, Justin. Today, we have a special guest, our good friend Dane Stevens. Dane, a former All-American wrestler from Lehigh University, shares his journey through addiction and recovery.

Each week Justin and Bryce dive into a free-form discussion with individuals who are thriving in recovery. We deconstruct what each guest defines recovery as, the challenges they are facing, and the breakthrough moments in their recovery process. We walk through the tools and routines our guests use to live their best life. This includes everything from techniques, rituals, favorite books, morning routines, exercise habits, time-management tricks, and much more.
Our guests include people in recovery, former addicts, and family and friends of addicts who share memories of lost loved ones.
We aim to share stories of encouragement, struggle, overcoming adversity, etc. to share and fellowship with others on the path of recovery. This leads to extremely open, raw interviews, where individuals can share their stories. Often vulnerable, deep, and intense, these are not just interviews. They are a deep dive into humanity.
