The event took place at the beautiful Monterre Vineyards, thanks to our gracious hosts, Matt & Ashley Bubbenmoyer. Due to the high demand, we were thrilled to accommodate everyone at this new location and are grateful for all who RSVPed to secure their spots.
During the session, we dove deep into effective strategies for finding and evaluating multifamily investment opportunities, which are crucial in today's competitive market. Our discussions covered the benefits and drawbacks of multifamily investing, supplemented by real-life experiences to give a comprehensive understanding of strategic growth in real estate.

Tom Mui gives an amazing overview of his experience with several Short Term Rentals and unique issues they had in downtown Chicago. Tom is an investor from NJ who works full time in the marketing industry.

Tom’s bio: “Like many investors that got into real estate, I was just looking for a means to build financial freedom from my daily 9-to-5, but didn't realize how addictive and fun rental properties would be. Through the advice of a friend, I would turn my first traditional rental in downtown Chicago into an Airbnb, and soon, go onto acquire 3 more short-term rentals within the span of 2 years. I'm a tinkerer by nature and I'm always trying out new ways to achieve above-market rent in this hypercompetitive market.
