Welcome to the broadcast everyone.

You know, I love making these intros directly after speaking with my podcast guests because I feel so darned fired up and inspired by our conversations.

I just finished interviewing Dillon Forsyth—an extraordinary young REALTOR® who has made a life thus far of taking courageous action in order to achieve his professional goals. As you’ll hear when you listen in, he’s shown in the past and continues to demonstrate today the grit required in order to build himself from the ground up, despite any odds that may present themselves. He’s disarmingly transparent, remarkably engaging, and I have SO enjoyed learning from him today.

Welcome everyone to today’s podcast episode. I wanted to take a moment and share one of the primary inspirations behind the creation of this podcast, and that is that I want to give listeners an opportunity to connect with REALTORS® who “speak their language.” And in this instance I'm not referring to language of origin, but to someone’s personal style of relating to others.

My hope is that, when you as listeners resonate with someone’s way of interacting, that this might help you to feel more comfortable and confident in your own ability to show up as YOUR true selves when you connect with them to potentially represent you in a real estate transaction.

I mention this today because I’ve just had the opportunity to interview a team of REALTORS® who happen to relate in a way that feels particularly familiar to me personally, and so I’m experiencing the gratitude and comfort that goes along with that, right here in this moment.

My wish for you as listeners is that you find a similar resonance with one of our guests as you listen to the various episodes of Sonoma County Real Estate Podcast.

With that, I give you today Cory Maguire and Ian Kalember, whose reputations as successful realtors certainly precede them, and I now have a much deeper understanding of why their dynamic is indeed so very powerful.

I'm in total awe of today’s guest, Tony Gozzarino. Talk about someone who brings his whole heart to his work. He’s passionate about, AND super adept at, helping his clients to succeed with their real estate goals, from investment properties to homes to acreage. He brings his lifelong history here in Sonoma County to bear as he goes to bat for his clients using all the resources available to him. And, as a total bonus, he collaborates with his wife Hayley, a complete contract superstar who goes above and beyond in every transaction. I’m fired up to know they’re out here doing their great work in the world, and I think you are going to be too.

Thank you, Heidi and Mike, for being the trailblazers that you are and accepting my invitation to be guests on our very first episode. To synopsize the experience, I’ll simply say, I stand in amazement at the depth and the integrity that these two REALTORS® embody so naturally in their work, and the unique brilliance each of them brings to the real estate profession. They’re super friendly and engaging while keeping crystal clear focus on why they do their good work in the world.
